I have been coming here since 2019. I liked it. The service was quick so I decide to bring my kids here. I brought my 1 yr and I am told that they don’t have the vaccine she needs. I come again later and that vaccine is still not in stock. Finally bring her for her 1 yr check up and another one of her vaccines isn’t in stock. By this time I’m fed up. I am told to go to target to get the vaccine. My husband goes and they don’t offer it for kids younger than 9yrs old. I call back and they say that since I have private insurance that they don’t offer the vaccine. So from the beginning if they told me that I would’ve done something else. Horrible service. Felt like everything they were just saying whatever would come out of their head. Finally I’m fed up. I call because my toddle goes there too and I need a paper signed in order for her to start school. I am told that i need to make an appointment with the dr and my deductible would be charged as a consultation. It’s a dr office. They should be used to having to fill out forms for students. I refuse to give them more money.

I come here for both medical and dental and LOVE IT. I feel so lucky to have found this place. They are professional and efficient. Little to no wait times, knowledgeable, considerate, and the phone is almost always answered immediately. They call back quickly as well. Multilingual and kind when they talk to people. They always make me feel welcome and listen to me completely. I feel heard and that my wants are considered. They have great referral processes too! They are especially good at advocating to insurance for you or making things cheaper through smart planning. Absolutely stellar.

Jennifer Rodriguez is a blessing. From the very first time I stepped foot in the doctors office she has been nothing but helpful to me. She takes time even if she's busy to make sure my needs are met and my appointments are in order. She even calls in between my appointments just to make sure my medications are working correctly. I'm so grateful for her.

If I could give 10 stars I would first time here called over the phone for appointment and very professional, courteous and very helpful the ladies here at this dental/medical clinic Tai the young lady was very helpful the other ladies were kind too and that's what matters leaving happy son got his first teeth cleaned and check up here am pleased with the service Thank you
