We have really good experience visiting Visual Effects Optometry. Both Dr Dang and Dr Nguyen are very professional and patient. Took my mom here for an eye exam back in 2019 and Dr Dang found out she has macular hole in one eye which other doctors she visited did not find. The doctors also patiently explained the situation and answered our questions. The staffs are very friendly and attentive. The office also has a good vibe. I'd recommend Visual Effects to my friends and family. Excellent service!

This is my second time coming here and I can say it’s easily the best experience I’ve ever had with an optometrist. I felt extremely comfortable here especially when performing the eye tests, before I was very anxious so I ended up feeling rushed through my appointments and would leave with bad prescriptions but here it felt super relaxing so I didn’t feel the need to lie to hurry and get out. The first time here, the front desk welcomed me and made me feel at ease. The doctor thoroughly explained what I should do to keep my eyes healthy and helped me find the best pair of contacts that would suit me on a day to day basis and help with my profession. The second time around was even better. I usually go to my family optometrist that I’ve seen since I was 6 but after changing doctors I can totally tell the difference between someone who knows what they’re doing and someone who’s going with the flow. Thank you so much for providing amazing assistance and for helping me keep my eyes healthy!

I have been going here for the last one year. Everyone in the office is very welcoming and super nice. The doctors here are very thorough and take the time to explain everything. I have a very busy schedule and the staff here has always been very accommodating. They also have a very good frame collection.

Always a great experience. Friendly staff and clean facility. The whole process is smooth and the selection of glasses is great. Definitely recommend this place.

Office for years! I have so much fun when I am having my eyes checked, and when I choose my glasses, I am always excited.

They are always super friendly and helpful. If I unintentionally ruin my glasses they often have a remedy. I’ve been going to them for the last 13 years and will continue to take my family. They are absolutely wonderful. If there was an option for more stars they would have earned that rank.

Doctors, and Diana are awesome. They want you to be happy with your RX and frames. I respect that they are looking into alternatives just in case one frame does not work for me after RX has been added. They stand by quality and that matters to me. ️
