Ordered a shirt and hoodie with my daughter's school logo. Ordering was super easy in the online store created especially for the school. We opted to pick up our order in store. It was ready very quickly and is of great quality!

I have placed multiple orders with them from hats, beanies, shirts, a polo, and a fleece. Ordered some items through them to be embroidered and brought in other items for them to embroider. No matter what I have needed, they have done an excellent job. All products have had my logo exactly how I pictured it. Also, I needed some products for a promotion a little faster than their usual turnaround time and Cesar was so helpful at getting me my products 2 days ahead of my originally scheduled pickup date. I would have no problem ordering from them again and would highly recommend using them!

When purchased 3k of shirts and hoodies all products shrank and logos became discolored. All shirts and hoodies were washed at recommended suggested temps. When notifying company, they said they could not help with exchange nor refund. The Nike collar polos have collars that became flimsy after one wash. I’m stuck with all these shirts and hoodies that are damaged. They even got all sizes wrong. The customer service person Cesar stopped taking my calls after I complained. He made another person call me back. They also have bad customer service. Don’t use this company!

This is my second order with them and they are amazing. The quality is great, very easy to order online, fast turn around and super friendly customer service. Truly recommend them.
