Fast and speedy appointments. No crowded waiting rooms. Very friendly staff. Was able to do the Tuberculin test for $5. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely come back if needed.

I just had the worst experience ever Yanira there was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in the medical industry, especially when patients are severely ill. She repeatedly lied about their policies and called me a liar, disrespecting me.
I have been extremely sick for a month I went there two weeks ago and I’ve not gotten better.

The whole staff was so nice and very caring. Very clean and well maintained. Thank you everyone!

Takes your time into consideration. I would recommend or suggest booking online and filling out all your forms online it makes it easier. Just know that you must have a negative Covid test to show before you see the doctors there, they will not accept home test, but no worries they will swab your mouth there. Add another 25 min to your time. Friendly staff and great doctor. This is our neighborhood urgent care. And I would recommend Eastbluff Urgent Care.

Had my initial consult and exam for primary care and found the staff to be very personable, prompt, and professional. Dr. Ali K did my exam, and I was very pleased with his knowledge, manner, and attention to my concerns. I have decided to make him my PCP. I would highly recommend to others.

Don’t go to this place! It’s totally a fraud. We went there for stomachache 2 times. The first visit is on 5/15 and the second follow up visit is on 5/28. They charged us $79 for the first visit consulting and $120 for the second time consulting. In addition to that, they required us to do a mandatory $39 covid test on the second visit. When I called them later, asking about how do they define “follow up”, they told me that the follow-up is free within 10 days and $60 after 10 days. When I ask them why was charged $120, they said between 10 days and 17 days, the follow-up fee will be $60 and after that the visit will be considered as a new visit (they were just making up recklessly!) I checked the visit dates and it turned out to be 13 days apart. When I requested a refund, they transferred me to the “manager’s office” and no one answered! I tried multiple time calling back but they just don’t answer since then.

As for the consulting experience, the provider Agnes, who is an FNP, is very unprofessional and unfriendly. When she checked the abdomen area, she insisted that the patient had pain everywhere (because the patient contracted the belly) whereas the patient said it only hurt in a specific area. She ordered an ultrasound and said there's nothing she could do before seeing the result. We do not have medical insurance (because we are travelers) and when we asked about the ultrasound cost, she said she could not give any estimate. She also ordered a hepatitis test which is obviously not related. When we raised questions she was impatient, kept saying that there's nothing she could do and she has other patients waiting.

Will never go there again!

It is tough to find a primary care physician when you are already 61 but such is life. I was able to see Dr. Ali and Stephanie yesterday with a couple of issues. What a pleasure to have the Dr and reception so in tune with my issues as soon as i arrived. Thank you both for your commitment to my health. I hope that i can stay with you for the rest of my days. What a blessing they were in my day yesterday ‍️️

I'm not sure what the association is between Curogram and the clinic at this address-
When I pulled up for a PCR test, during the initial conversation the receptionist or whtvr insisted on interrupting me mid-sentence, because she knows more about Covid testing than I do. Ok, so you're the expert. Doesn't mean you have to be rude. You could let someone finish their sentence, then correct them more nicely. You don't have to come off rude and demeaning. I don't talk to my customers like that in my industry. I would never go back to this organization for anything.

They were amazing! Friendly and very efficient. Unlike the other urgent cares in the area. Will definitely go there from now on.

I always liked this place. But today my son had a head on collision and a cut to his lips and the provider just flat out refused to even see him. So I guess "urgent" is just urgent when it is convenient for them.

Thank you vital urgent care for the covid testing. It's was hard finding a spot that has appointments available. 4 locations to choose from.

Service has totally failed here. Was my primary for past 10 years. Last year diagnosed with covid and would not give me ivermectin, so I got some from Tijuana and 4 days of taking it I was out surfing and feeling 100%. As of today I had scheduled a virtual appointment for yesterday and they flaked and did not make the appointment. They text me to confirm, but then went silent with no response. I called all day and no one would help. I'm now going with one of those concierge services.

Don't come here for covid testing. Super unorganized and nobody is overseeing it. Employees are just wandering around trying to find paperwork the whole time. Expect to wait 2 hours with an appointment.

NEVER RECEIVED MY RESULTS.
Went to get a Covid test through the OC Fair grounds walk up testing site. That was on Wednesday at noon, still have not received my results, front office staff at the urgent care did not want to help me. Their app has a number you can call, also unhelpful, they tell me the lab has my results but can’t give me the results they will be sent to me via the app. That was this morning at 7 am. I’ve sent several messages through their app with no response since last night. I would not trust them to do any kind of tests, especially if you need something done in a timely fashion.
Update:
Also been on hold for almost 4 hours with their 24/7 concierge customer service number, have not received any response from the text feature all day.
