I found Vitality through many many Instagram searches, looking for a new medspa to call home. I fell in love with Nurse Katie’s work through their highlights and booked an appt to dissolve and refill lips with her. I had my appt set for this morning and one of front desk receptionists, Giselle, reached out and suggested a Hydrafacial before my lips. She got me set up with their esthetician, Monique, who was so thorough.
I loveeeed my facial, I loveeee my lips, I love everything about their practice so far. Their other receptionist Laura, has always been so kind during my visits as well.
Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about the practice. Katie really took her time to assess my anatomy and my requests before injecting. She did an amazing job. Really excited to follow up in a month and see how everything’s done healing once swelling as subsided.
Also, the facility is gorgeous, really clean and welcoming. It’s in downtown SD but I’ve never had any issues finding parking during my appt times. Just be prepared to download a quick app for parking:)

I had an amazing first time lip filler experience with Katie! She was extremely patient, informative and thorough during my consultation to ensure she fully understood the exact results I wanted and made sure I was feeling comfortable. I wanted a more subtle and natural look so she recommended Restylane Kysse. I got a minor plump to the top and bottom while keeping my natural cupids bow and my top/bottom lip ratio and she did exactly that. I’m SO happy with my results! Photos are 1 day after the treatment so there’s a tiny bit of swelling and very minimal bruising.

AMAZING experience—everyone who works at Vitality Aesthetics is so knowledgeable and helpful. They listen to your ideal outcome and give you information and options for treatments that can help you get there. 10/10 stars!

Came in earlier today and got the forma facial done. My skin was feeling dull and needed a lift. Was an amazing painless procedure. My cheeks looked lifted and jawline looked snatched. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Vitality Aesthetics for a few months now and it's been an amazing experience each time. The booking system online is easy to use and is perfect for my introverted heart, as is the virtual appointment experience.

I have been to their facilities 4 or 5 times now, and I have to say that each experience has been amazing. The women at the front desk are so friendly and efficient, they put me right at ease. But I have to admit, I come back to see Katie.

Katie is a $ (%&$ artist! I had no idea what I wanted (product or service-wise), but I know what I wanted to look like. Katie was the first aesthetic professional I've met who made me feel beautiful even before my treatments. She made some suggestions on how to get to the "destination" of my choice but she never make me feel as if I was lacking, which was always a sore point at other medical spas. Most spas would try to point out ALL my flaws and try to sell me on every procedure under the sun. I would leave those spas so dejected and insecure.

This was the first medical spa I ever visited where I felt confident and beautiful leaving and returning. Katie is so skilled that I had botox and fillers and all my friends and family thought I had gone on vacation and finally "rested", rather than assumed I had work done.

The prices are reasonable, the location is ideal (hello- parking in downtown? Unheard of), the staff are personable and knowledgable, and I walk out every time feeling like a million dollars- what more could you ask for?

Best MedSpa I’ve ever been to! The staff is amazing, professional, and very knowledgeable. Nurse Alle did an amazing job with my Dysport. I was really concerned with my 11’s and she made sure to make those disappear! I also saw Katie for “The Works” facial. Best facial I’ve ever had. My skin felt and looked so rejuvenated afterwards. I was really concerned with how dry my skin was and she was very knowledgeable on the type of skincare routine I should follow up with at home as well. Every visit has been great and I’m super happy with my results!

Katie was amazing! She is so kind and made me feel really comfortable. I got my lips done for the first time and she did exactly what I wanted! She was very thorough in explaining the whole process, aftercare, etc.everything felt very clean and professional. I am so happy and can’t wait to come back!:)

Kristen provided my service today and she recommended that I get rid of my lip filler migration before injecting anymore. Her team is great! I have been coming here for a couple of years, they are very professional and super nice! I can’t wait to see my end result!

Vitality Aesthetics is 10/10 when it comes to skincare and injections! I've had two facials and a lip flip there and both were amazing. Their esthetician, Katie Verboom, is super knowledgeable, gentle, and gives the best HydraFacial I've ever had. When you get The Works (HydraFacial + Dermaplanning), your skin will literally never have looked better. She's also the sweetest person alive. I also took advantage of their recent social media promotion that included a lip flip. The owner and NP Kristen was also super gentle and gave me confidence when I was a little nervous to finally take the plunge. I'm so glad I did as my lips have never looked better (still super natural, just fuller). Everything is super clean, polished and super luxury. I cannot recommend highly enough!
