Looking for a relaxed spot to eat with food that specializes in healthy, nutritious, and allergy friendly food? Then you’ve found yourself in the right place at Vitality Bowls Super Food Cafe!

Although this cafe originated in Northern California they have already reached their 100th franchise. This specific one is located on Mendocino Avenue near the Santa Rosa Community College. A lot of the crowd is young college students, vegans/vegetarians, and workout lovers. There is a parking lot for this outlet area that it is in. There is handicapped parking as well as wheelchair accessibility.

One of their top products is their açaí bowls. They have different bowl mixtures that ranges from a vitality bowl filled with bananas and strawberries and a green bowl filled with graviola which is actually a fruit called soursop that comes from a broadleaf, flowering evergreen tree. The green bowl also has dates and spinach. Depending on how healthy you’re feeling that day or what kind of mood you’re in they’ve got the bowl for you. Not only do they have delicious açaí bowls, but they have panini sandwiches, wraps, and smoothies! Many of their foods are filled with vitamins and many antioxidants.

You can order online. They have a loyalty program you can join so you earn points. They also have catering services if you’d like to book with them.

They were a few comments I did have that I suggest this business think over. One of them being the prices are expensive. I completely understand that such healthy foods may cost more, but it’s not the customers fault. They just want to enjoy foods that are good for their body. Another thing is the employees. The employees were quiet and short. They did not seem to be very social people. I love the environment and decor of this place and I think your employees personalities should match the same personality of the restaurant. Lastly, don’t be stingy with your granola. I had ordered the vitality bowl which was delightful except there was very little granola and if I’m paying $15 for a fruit bowl I would think I deserve a good amount of granola as well.

So overall, the prices are expensive so I personally would only come back here every once in a while. I wouldn’t make it my regular place. To my Sonoma county people they have a clean and healthy vibe to it. It is also a good lunch for those of who just had a good workout or those of you who need more energy after a fun night out the night before. Depending on your budget this may be the place for you!

Woman gave me a thumbs down on my driver delivery app because I’m brown and she’s racist. Mind you I picked up politely and professionally but just because they don’t like me. Thumbs down. It affects my order availability and it hurts my pockets.

Extremely overpriced for what you're getting. I spent $16 on a salad with overcooked steak (and not much of it).

Love one of the managers, always knows my name but anytime I come in and she is not there the staff is rude. I came in this morning and the girl working at 9: 33am was rude. She didn’t want to wait for me to look at the menu and then copped an attitude. I ended up walking out without ordering anything. I am a repeat customer as well. Super disappointed at the staff

I visited Vitality Bowls (VB) with my two children to enjoy a nice healthy sit-down lunch, when passing through the area. We walked in with food in a closed paper bag from the neighboring business. We ordered from VB and I paid over $40.00s for two fruit bowls and a piece of toast. We waited for our order and eventually received it. We started eating our food from VB, when an obnoxious employee approached my daughter and demanded we leave the business for bringing in outside food. My shy daughter quietly agreed and told me we were kicked out of the business and had to leave immediately. I approached an available worker (also extremely rude) as the one who relayed the message, quickly returned to the back of the restaurant. I inquired about being kicked out and she demanded we leave immediately. We left.

I was never informed about their concern or asked to put the bagged food in the car or somewhere else outside of the restaurant before being told to leave. Additionally, the employee waited until I gave her my money before kicking my family out. And, they approached my 13 year old, and told her, not me (the adult), to leave.

After I left and took my children to the car, I returned to request a refund. I was told they don't give refunds and they can't pull a manager out of thin air for me. Then I was told that I have two eyes and should have been able to read the sign posted near the door that says no outside food. I was then told I was lying about when I brought the bagged food in and that they had camera footage as evidence. When I requested to view the camera footage, they said it was too difficult to pull it up. I felt like I was on a prank show, that's how unbelievable this experience was.

This business is dysfunctional. They have a group of young obnoxious ill-mannered employees working with no apparent responsible adults in sight. I'm left in disgust.

The food is generic and overpriced.

Great place to study or hang. Pretty close to the SRJC campus so you’ll see students come on often. The bowls are really good as well as the peanut butter and chia toast. It was soooo good. The smoothies are good too but more nutritional than taste which is sometimes what is needed:).

We like the salads and bowls. Occasionally portion size is not consistent but we are grateful for the healthy and nutritious food nevertheless.

Middle of the road bowl. The GF granola was not good, I would not recommend. Overall a disappoint experience.

No bathroom because it's out of order? So where do your employees use the bathroom? They told me to try next door.

$25 for food and no bathroom. Good luck, try next door.

The vitality bowl was pretty good and so was the power panini.

The food is great. We would go again. We met with another couple here and we all loved it. We had the matcha madness drink and was delicious also.

So happy this place exists. Love the concept and selection of healthy food and meatless options. I ordered a vitality wrap which was dang good and a dragon smoothie.

I loved this place! Several times it gave me that energetic health kick I was craving. Delicious options of healthy clean food that is more than filling. They also do a range of fantastic juices and smoothies.

I come here quite often & each time it's always pretty good. I have ordered many different things grom the menu and nothing has been disappointing so far. Staff are nice. It's clean and the food is a healthy option compared to most things in the area. The superfood bowls are to die for. Recommend for your super food needs:)

Best Acai bowl I've had in Sonoma County (and I think I've tried them all). Very generous size, fruit is always good and fresh and I love their Acai base, so yummy. I go at least once a week.

I frequent Vitality bowls. I'm obsessed with the Tropical Acai bowl. So tasty and they always let me customize it. The staff is incredibly friendly. I recommend this place to everyone.
