I have been fighting lower back pain and siactica pain for awhile. I was not able to sleep let alone function day to day.my pain level was at (20). I went vitality medical group and the staff was awesome and caring. They told me they could help me with my lower back and siactica pain I decided to do stem cell therapy and have been on program for (4) weeks and my pain level is at (2). I would not waste my time again visiting this clinic. I scheduled an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early and literally sat for almost 1 hour. Meanwhile where other people were being called in continuously after me. I wasted 30 minutes travelling to and from. The most frustrating thing is that I was very specific about needing to be done by 11 a.m. When I scheduled the appointment. They assured me that my appointment would only be 1 hour. Not cool! No thank you!

About 3 and a half months ago I injured myself with a pretty serve knee injury. A tear in the ACL, bucket tear in the meniscus and a sprained tendon. 6 weeks ago I recieved a Stem Cell rejuvenation injection from Vitality. I'm on the road to recovery it doesn't happen over night but I'm headed in the right direction because of them. I was involved in a serious accident Feb.of 2018. I was going to a different doctors office and say multiple doctors for over a year and a half with no relief to the daily intense pain I was in. Within ONE WEEK of me starting treatment at Vitality I was already feeling so much better. I am currently on my 4th week of treatment and my quality of life has improved tremendously! I’m am no longer in chronic pain. I no longer have to miss work because the pain in my back would leave me basically paralyzed in bed sometimes unable to get up without help. I have a rare disease but thought the stem cell would be helpful. I signed up for the procedure but after an appointment at UCLA my specialist told me it would be harmful possibly fatal for me to have the procedure. The people at Vitality not only argued with me about my doctors recommendation (they know nothing of my case of Systemic Scleroderma) but even though I told them weeks ahead of time what my specialist said regarding the procedure they charged us over $2000 for NOTHING. They don’t care about the patient, only the money. They would prefer me to die. They truly don’t care about the patient. I would and will never recommend a place that preaches health but is willing to put a patient at risk. It’s unfortunate when doctors forget about the patient.
