I purchased an Ekornes Chair as a suprise gift for my sister all remotely. I was able to do it all over the internet/email. Orlis was wonderful, patient, and guided me as to size, selection and delivery. He was very helpful and everything happened just as it should have.

We ordered with ease. Colors, styles, etc.were sent to us as needed. The delivery was trouble free. Our chairs arrived in excellent condition.

Decide to give this place a try based on the recent good review, I can only say that I am very disappointed. No one bother to ask if you need help. And finally when a young man was walking by. He has no intention to help once I told him that I was trying to understand different options that they have. Will not return and can’t imagine what the customer service will be like if items that you purchase doesn’t work.

Lalo helped us, he was very knowledgeable about all of the different Ekornes models, and what different types of people liked or disliked about each model. Very useful. He also stayed late to change out a base for us. We ended up buying two chairs that day.

They charged $30 for shipping and handling for a small table tray. The product did not function as advertised. They said it was installation error even though I know I installed it correctly. They said I have to pay to ship it back to them and they would not refund their shipping and handling.

I purchased high-end office chairs twice from Vitality Web because I was so pleased with my first experience. Orlis helped me with my most recent purchase, and he listened to exactly what I was looking for and made recommendations. When I was ready to order, Orlis provided a firm quote for the chair I wanted and even called the manufacturer to confirm that I could add a headrest. When I need high-quality furniture in the future, will definitely contact Vitality Web for ordering. Highly recommend!

Very confusing website. The salesman assume you know everything so when you order the chair what you get isn’t what they were offering you. They nickel and dime you to get extra parts put on so that it actually will work as it should to begin with. I.e. It doesn’t come with leather on the chair backs now. It’s a black unfinshed look material and the chair back extra is $250. The chair I bought 20 years ago was excellent and had full complete leather. The two I bought to replace it with are not up to the same quality they used to be. The leather doesn’t match chair to chair screws aren’t tightened and the customer support support is rude and forces you to leave messages and doesn’t call you back Four times out of five. I was told they discontinued this color l ordered because they were having problems with quality control but this was after I purchased the two recliners. $5000 for two recliner it’s an awful lot of money for what you end up with!

I bought expensive Ekornes Stressless Recliner Chairs with Ottomans and a Sofa almost 5 years ago. One of the recliners broke about 2 months ago and the chair is now wobbly in all directions. Something is broken in the base that allows the reclining motion.
For the last 3 weeks I have tried to get the chair fixed, but have just gotten the runaround. First they told me to contact the manufacturer directly (not true) only to find out that any warranty work will be done by the retailer. They won't let me drop off the chair at their store for repairs either. Then they request my original invoice, which I can't locate, but have copy of the credit card statement (they don't care). Funny that the store doesn't have their copy of the invoice either (they don't keep them for 5 years). The warranty employee refuses to connect me directly to a manager or store owner. Worst customer service ever for a chair that retails new for around $2500-3000!

Looking at recliners and the have a lot, but they're thrown together in a mess so it's often difficult to sit in one to check for comfort. Many don't have prices marked. Not our kind of place and we won't be back.

I have been shopping for lift chairs for over a year. I finally decided on the Golden technologies Heavy Duty PR-502 Independent Position chair. I have mobility issues and also just had hernia surgery so I needed it immediately. I found one on Amazon and it said that 2 were in stock and ready for immediate delivery. I ordered it. A week later, I get a call from the seller saying it was built to order and wouldn't be shipped for 12 WEEKS! So, in a panic, I started searching again. I called Vitalityweb. They couldn't help. About 15 minutes later, I got a call from Lalo - the sales rep I had just spoken to. He had gone to his manager and found out that they had a shipment coming in the next week. I placed an order immediately. He arranged for my chair to be drop shipped directly to me. Then, a customer service representative named Jeremy followed up on the drop ship and now, I am happily sitting in my chair less than 2 weeks after I ordered.

The sales rep - Lalo, and Jeremy were OUTSTANDING! Thanks, Vitalityweb!

I bought a refurbished pc-610 chair with heat for 4K with a 5 year warranty. After one year the left arm cap snapped as I was getting out of the chair so I called to see if it was covered by the warranty and if not then I would replace the broken part. I was referred to Human Touch warranty by Vitality Web, Who in turn said because it was refurbished Vitality Web would have to take care of me. Here’s the shady part, I called the store and was told Orlis was the warranty guy and given his number to call him. He answered and stated could he put me on hold, When he returned to the phone he stated the warranty guy was away at lunch and could I call back in 15 minutes. I called back a half hour later and it went directly to voicemail so I left a message with my information and I also stated I just want the part to fix my chair if it’s not covered by warranty. I called back 15 minutes later and straight to voicemail again. As of 5/12 I have heard nothing from Vitality Web, I recommend if you can find someone to purchase to purchase from save your self the frustration and buy elsewhere!

We had a great experience purchasing 2 Stressless recliners here. I was nervous after reading some odd reviews, but I had nothing to worry about. The salesperson Orlis was extremely helpful, kind and informative - and gave us time and space to explore all of the options of the stores very large inventory. We ended up purchasing 2 chairs on the spot, he was able to get together a very reasonable quote that made the purchase doable for us. And we got the chairs in a week! Great experience with the delivery. And actually they gave us a free upgrade - during the process of assembling the order they discovered they only had one power leg of the right type, so they upgraded both chairs to power leg and back, to keep them matching (a more $$ option! And Orlis emailed to ask me if this was OK first). Overall impressed & would recommend:) We also are really enjoying the new recliners.

I purchased an Ekornes Power Max Swivel Rocker from The Back Store. Orlis Hernandez was the sales person I worked with. I couldn't have asked for a better purchase experience. Orlis was easy to work with and communicated with me regularly. The chair was shipped from California to Illinois. The first chair was damaged during shipping. I had the delivery company return the chair and Orlis had another chair shipped out immediately, no questions asked. It took about 10 days to receive the chair. I recommend Orlis and The Back Store to anyone looking to purchase an Ekornes Stressless Chair.

I live in Washington state and needed a new Human Touch Perfect Chair for my back. It’s tough to buy a chair from so far away but the salesperson, Orlis, patiently answered my questions no matter how many calls I made to ask a new one. He helped me get exactly what I wanted. The chair was delivered with white glove service as promised. I ordered an open box chair with the extended warranty. The chair is pristine. All but the base is brand new. My back and I are happy campers.

I ordered a $2000+ stressless leather chair from this company last November. The confirmation email contained an incorrect choice of an almond color. I emailed Bruce to correct the color to aqua green. All seemed well until the wrong chair arrived a few days ago. It was a light blue- I believe they call it sparrow blue. (It took months as the chair is upholstered in Europe.)

I contacted Bruce to let him know of the issue. I later contacted PayPal for their 6-month protection

Since then I have received multiple emails each day from this company's staff (plural). All emails requested the same or similar information and/or pictures. I have asked the correct chair to be delivered before my protection deadline or be given a full refund.

I don't know if this is harassment, lack of communication within the company or just plain incompetence.

We wanted to purchase a chair and researched so many options and came across the Back Store. Orlis was extremely helpful and courteous. We were hesitant because the store is far away from us, but it was delivered in a timely manner and delivery service was very professional. We are very pleased. Thank you Orlis!

I tried a friend's massage chair and fell in love with it. Turns out, it was an old discontinued model. After lots of research I found it available across the country in California at the store Vitalityweb.com Inc.
Throughout my decision on whether to go with a newer model or not, I talked many times with salesman Orlis Hernandez. He always answered all my questions with no pressure and a pleasant, helpful attitude. I ended up getting the newer model chair. Itwas shipped to me and after I tried and hated it, Orlis handled the return shipment pleasently and I was not charged for the return shipping or restocking fee as I was exchanging it for the original model I wanted in the first place. Orlis shipped it quickly and I just got it and I LOVE it! Everything I wanted! I'm so happy and so thankful for a great salesman like Orlis to help me make a huge financial decision buying a massage chair sight unseen! I'm so happy I did it. Thanks Orlis and Vitalityweb.com!

Very dishonest operation. Needed chairs for my company. The customer service was horrendous, the chairs arrived late and with multiple problems. Vitalityweb had lied to us about their products and then did nothing to help us.

I found Vitalityweb.com after waiting almost 5 months before cancelling an order for a Stressless Recliner from a furniture store in Santa Monica. Vitalityweb has a surprisingly large selection of Stressless Recliners on hand and was able to have the exact model and style of chair I wanted delivered and in-place less than 1 week after Tom responded to my query email. Everyone at Vitalityweb was well-mannered and easy to work with. As well, the delivery company they used (Hollywood Delivery Service) did a first-rate job keeping me apprised of the order’s progress and delivering it without a hitch.
