I’ve talked to you about the Persian songs in your club and you said yes we have it tonight and we've came after 15 minutes in (Sunday08/13/2023) and you told me we are open until 4 AM

We’ve came to your club but there aren't any Persian song there
Only we’ve charged for $15 per person for entrance fee
And we've ordered 4 pizza but the quality of that is not good

We've asked about the refunding entrance fee after 2 minutes but there is a Persian lady there who told me, we can't refund that and you should be call Pouya

We did a reservation 4 days before our celebration but at that time nobody didn't responsible for us. Management was weak no arrangement and the services was not good.the place was hot no ac. Also some of the personals was rude. They gave it to us stress and made us angry. Finally after one and half hours when our guests were there the services were ready. At last I don't recommend the place.you'll lose your money and waiting your time and Everton goes in front of your guest. Finally they tried give it to us good services. That was not bad.

Food, service and accommodation are top notch. Owners are very friendly and generous. Food and hookah are amazing. Definitely pay a visit to this spot if you want to enjoy your night out or celebrate a special occasion. First time being there and will definitely return.

In general, this place is good but their service and staff is unprofessional and they have fee to get inside for nothing.

They're fairly new and starting up.

To all DJs, dancers, singers, and bartenders who have received gigs from this business, I strongly advise that you demand payment upfront. Otherwise, you may not receive your full payment at the end of the event. I recently performed as a DJ for this business and brought my top-notch equipment. At the end of the night, instead of receiving payment, I had to search for the person in charge for over 30 minutes. When I finally found him, he was only paid a portion of our agreed-upon fee.

I have been working as a DJ in the LA area for over a decade and have never experienced this kind of unprofessional behavior before. The music was great, and there were no complaints from the guests, but they still shorted me on payment.

This isn't just about the money. I have had countless gigs and never felt so disrespected and mistreated by an event organizer. Their behavior was appalling and left me feeling sad and upset.

Very beautiful setting and good vibe, but the food is very bad and costumer service so low.

Don't waist your time even giving this place a try! Horrible costumer service, owner is so unprofessional I don't know how she stays open. She will act friendly first to get you to book her place once you book it and all ur guest are there on ur day of event she will change prices not fulfill her promises and destroy ur evening! This is one place that should close immediately!

I love this venue! It's so gorgeous & it's the best place to throw any party. I have come to a few parties hosted by my friends here, & we have always had a great time. There is so much space to dance as there are multiple
rooms in this 2 story venue. There is also an outdoor area but it never gets too hot inside. Vitamin X is located in a shopping center so there's a huge lot for all the guests to
park in. This venue is perfect for birthdays, holidays, baby showers, or engagement parties. I recommend Vitamin X to all of my friends!

Gorgeous venue, beautiful decorations, and tons of rooms for guests. We always dance the night away here! It’s completely renovated, new, and clean. We had so many fun times at this venue & it was a great price for the huge space they have. They also have a large parking lot for guests to park in. The owner, Ahang, is very kind and answered all of our questions. It's also in a very safe quiet area so we didn't have to worry about our cars. We love vitamin X! We always recommend it to our friends looking for a good party venue.

If I could leave 0 starts I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The owners are money hungry. You will get scammed. A lady named Ahang which is the owner was insulting and belittling my family. It’s ridiculous I’ve never seen this happen ever in my life.

I chose this place for my birthday and we talked to three gentlemen who were there, I did exactly what we supposed to do, went there last night and ran into a woman I had never met before, as soon as we arrived, she started Insulting, humiliating and disrespecting us, when a few of my friends entered, they said that this woman, whose name is Ahang stole our money and is a total bad person, and you made a mistake, you had a party here, this woman said that I don't give spoons and plates, We went and bought a spoon from outside, she said we don't bring you a drink, Go downstairs, which was at least twenty steps down. Imagine my guests supposed to go up and down 20 steps to get a drink, my boyfriend went to get a glass. The woman asked him, "Are you the boss or your girlfriend? " My boyfriend said, "I am the boss, she said if you have b.s go tell your girlfriend that you are the boss. In the middle of the party she said that you should get out of here right now, I told them to take the orders and I will pay for all of them myself, she said that we will not take your orders until you pay money, my boyfriend went to get something, I went out and cried a lot because she ruined my birthday and most of my guests left sadly. I called my boyfriend and said that we should all go to another restaurant for dinner because this woman won't take any order, and when he saw that I was crying came back and argued with that woman, my boyfriend's sister got up to calm down the discussion, but that woman pushed My boyfriend's sister and I guess her leg is broken because Ambulance drove her to the hospital last night, she is going to have an operation today, please do more research on the places you want to schedule. I wish I could give zero star

This club is the place chosen for Lions club meetings. The owner has put the location in use of chambers of commerce in Warner center and city of Los Angeles conference and meetings for Free. Thank you for supporting the community for last 16 years.
