Everyone went crazy over their POS system going down, service became dismal. They need to train for this.

Good food, but it always takes a surprisingly long time to order or pay the bill, even when the restaurant isn't busy. I'm fine waiting on food, since I know it is made fresh to order.

We were very pleased with the service! Very attentive and friendly staff. The pizza was pretty good. The flavor was nice but it wasn't the type of crust I prefer. It's hard to explain. There's just a type of chew I like the crust to have that I haven't been able to find since I lived on the east coast. However, this place is definitely worth trying!

My favorite watering hole. I love how flexible they are with their menu. I have my own pizza recipe and sweet Pierre keeps it behind a register.
My only complaint is how low the toilet paper dispenser is. I don't understand this trend. It's not only Vitos. Is there a regulation that places it under the handicap bar? The TP breaks off before you can unroll it, blindly, because it's so low. Surely, those with handicaps have just as much trouble accessing the TP. Maybe more.
