The place is very nice and the staff is very friendly, and the appointments are very accessible. I love the place and everything was excellent. My daughter's teeth are doing a good job. I recommend it. Mrs. Elizabeth is very kind.and Social, his attitude is fair to me.

First time at Viva Smiles, was referred by my general dentist when I expressed concern about my one slightly crooked tooth. Ann was patient, kind, and informative when I called to schedule the consultation appointment. When I arrived, I found that the parking here is ample and easy. Can’t miss the office signage in front. The office interior is modern, well-decorated, and bright with many pops of color. The staff immediately welcomed and directed me to sign in with my name on the tablet. Kids and teens were waiting in the lobby. Edna gave me a goodie bag and a nice tour of the entire clinic all the way to the back and I was surprised to find that they have a room with massage chairs for patients to enjoy. Dr. Brandon was bright and friendly with true curiosity about his patients’ hobbies and interests. I appreciate his honesty and the clear expectations he projected for my treatment. The office administrator Yesenia was kind and helpful as she broke down the financial options for me.

Restroom note: they have 2 restrooms for patients to use, one in front and one at the back. I used the one in front and noticed how clean it was in there but there was no bag hook and to lock the door, you need to press hard or until it clicks. I didn’t press the lock hard enough and someone opened the door!

TLDR: You will enjoy a lovely first experience at Viva Smiles.

It has been a really good experience the staff had always helped me with any inconvenience thanks to Elizabeth I am able to come a step closer to taking off my braces.
