Unexpected good service.

Friendly and helpful staff, seamless check-in, newer A-320 airplane, clean cabin, super short flight to Mexico City, fastest ever (3 hrs +) or maybe the good attitud of the flight attendants made it feel more livable.
First time flying on VivaAerobus, but surely will be booking any future flights preferably with them.

JUST A SHAME I WILL NOT USE THIS AIRLINE AGAIN, SUDDENLY SOME CHARGES APPEARED AT THE AIRPORT WHEN I WAS ABOUT TO TAKE OFF, OFCOURSE WELCOME TO MEXICO. JUST FOR YOUR SANITY BOOKED WITH AN AMERICAN AIRLINE. THERE WILL BE NO SURPRISE EXTRA CHARGES,
I GOT MY LESSON LEARNED.

I WAS TOLD IN THE INBOUND AIRPORT THAT THEY SHOULD HAD NOT CHARGE ME AS THEY DIDN'T, I WAS TOLD TO CALL BUT OFCOURSE MY MONEY IS GONE. NO REFUND.

Do NOT fly this airline. My DFW-Mex flight was cancelled and 2 weeks before Christmas the best they could do is refund ticket (purchased in March) or fly me two days before with a 6 hours layover in MTY. Again stay away from this subpar airline!

They inherited the bad service of interjet. I thought they could improve but they got worse

The insurance was pointless and the service is terrible. Go on a full stomach because they don’t feed you. And they do not have a help desk at the airport. These companies offer less for travelers every year. If it’s cheap don’t expect anything.

Impressively bad customer service. This is my first time booking with them. They rescheduled my departing flight from a Friday to a Wednesday with no other flight options and offered a credit that needed to be used within 180days if I wanted to cancel my trip all together. The final option is to speak with a representative, with whom I’ve had no luck contacting because the line drops every time while on hold. Terrible.
Update: Got a hold of Customer Service, they asked for both my Bank Account Number and Routing number to provide a refund. LOL. NopeNopeNope. Called my bank and they said absolutely don't do that and they refuted the purchase for me.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! This airline at all cost. Horrible costumer service like it's took me days to get a hold of anyone to try to cancel just so they can say we can't do nothing about it zero. No change nothing only a voucher that is less than what you paid for the ticket just so they can charge you again when you use it.
They don't care about there customers they have zero help and I tried to call and email and also to call internationally. Even if cost you a little more go with another air line trust me it will save you time and most importantly money you don't have to deal with these people who truly could care less. Even speaking to Jacqueline the supervisor was super rude told me what do you want me to do I can't do anything for you!

Absolutely pathetic and appalling.
Friend flew from LAX to GDL and her one checked bag has still not arrived 6 days later. Calls to ANY of their numbers in USA or Mexico ring out, no reply to emails, WhatsApp useless as it advises to call or email the same contacts which are never answered. Have resorted to calling them out on social media yet they still do not respond to social media messages. Non-existent customer support. Please avoid flying with them if you have any self-respect or dignity.

4 hour flight and no complimentary food or drink? But one hour flight and you get water and cookies?

This is a very affordable airline to fly with.
The beer is cheap. And I like the fact that they use debit cards for transactions.
My only criticism is the fact that they only have two flights available out of LAX. And I wish they can add more to their schedule.

Great prices, good service. Be very very patient because it is cheap, airline flights are always full. Downfull is the Aerobus does not have a lot of flights available.
