VMware, Inc, Palo Alto CA

I came here for a school field trip. The trip was amazing and super fun. Basically we tested their new robot system, and it was really cool. After we finished, we fought each other (the other kids). Also, the cafeteria was great, the “vending machines” were well stocked, and overall I had a great time. I wish I could go back and relive that day.

The campus is amazing. VMware has done an awesome job with the landscaping. Beautiful trees and bushes everywhere. They kept some of the old buildings and built new ones. Great to to see EV charging stations on campus. Live the gym facilities. All kinds of recycling going on. A lot of solar panels on the roofs to put electricity back into the grid. Great places for employees to eat outside and hangout.

We signed up for VMWare through our telecommunications provider. If you are looking to use their software to manage devices, don't. All in all the process is extremely slow, inefficient, and extremely frustrating. We've had issues getting into our platform and the entire user interface is extremely confusing (when we were actually able to log into the platform initially). I had everything setup through another company (JAMF), but needed the green light from our provider. Unfortunately they had a partnership with VMWare so we had to go this route.

OK, I assisted CSI with the electrical contract at this facility, so I know it was wired correctly anyway! Other than that, I can tell you all that this is an AI lab and data center/office complex.happy computing!

Great campus, situated amongst the trees and a greenery if the Stamford Campus.

Lots of employee benefits that make this an attractive place to work.

The staff were friendly and it's a nice, very open, building from what we saw of the one that in which we were being hosted. There didn't seem to be extensive parking out front, but we didn't get to explore the environs.

The briefing center has a very comfortable feel. The briefing center has huge meeting rooms, a nice kitchen area, and plenty of parking. The building seems designed to blend into the beautiful redwood trees and grassy hills. The lobby furniture is natural cut wood and beautifully designed.

Great campus! Three walking paths all with great views, lots of greenery, fruit trees, and a creek.

Best company ever! Been working for them for 10 years and I'm still loving it like it was the first day!

VMware is a gaint in the area of virtualization solutions that keeps churning out impactful products out of it's shelf quite often and is a great place to work!

This is the main headquarters located in
in the heart of Palo Alto. The sprawling campus is adorned with lush green lawns, a variety of trees, tortoises too!

Nicely green and restful for a tech campus. Central and Creekside garages usually have parking space.

Campus is gorgeous as are most in this area. It can be confusing if you don't know where you are going.

It's VMware corporate office located in the beautiful location of Palo Alto. The campus is beautiful and serene. It has 2 food courts, gymnasium, indoor sports complex. State of the art campus, full with amazing landscaping. Easy connection to El Camino Real Road which is very well connected to Highway 101.

Definitely one of the best tech companies to work for. Among the top few most innovative, impactful and top paying companies in the Silicon valley!

Boasting the second largest software company in the Bay Area, VMware certainly lives up to its size. The Headquarters campus has expanded significantly through the dozen years since it went public, and it now assumes imposing scenery. One of the conglomerate of buildings hosts its low-cost gym that, in my personal opinion, trumps that of Oracle, albeit smaller.

Everything you expect from a VMware office. There were VMware employees, VMware signs and people talking about VMware.

Good food. Huge cafeteria. A bit more expensive than other company cafeterias. Almost as expensive as eating at a restaurant.

This is a business that makes virtual machines or makes virtual machines possible. Owned by Dell by way of EMC. The cafeteria is open, but they charge non-VMware employees a premium. Nice looking campus.

Great place! Feels like a park! Food is so-so, you get tired of it really fast as an employee. The sushi is good. You have to pay for the food though, so you can only afford to get a limited amount sushi, but this surely leads to less waste. The whole campus is very environment friendly, so that's another plus.
