Dr. VO It's truly an awesome optometrist she and her staff are some of the most caring and compassionate people. I have ever met a treat you with respect, and if they treat you like family very helpful and knowledgeable and all of that they do by truly appreciate them with all my heart.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE 2 WOMEN WHO ATTEND, VERY RUDE, ATTEND RELUCTANTLY, RUDE, AND NOT ONLY WITH ME, THERE ARE MORE PEOPLE AND THE SAME ASSISTANCE IN A BAD WAY, IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB, LOOK FOR ANOTHER BECAUSE THEY DON'T GIVE YOU THE FREE THINGS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
My family has been coming to this clinic for a few years now and the service is excellent! The staff is very friendly and they explain all the benefits of added features to protect your vision. Dr Kristie is very thorough in her exam and takes her time with each patient. We highly recommend this place!
