Visited them 3 times and just thinking to continue going there.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The woman at the front desk needs to lose her job. She completely killed my vibe after a relaxing massage. My boyfriend sent me for a holiday present, and even though he called and booked it with him credit card on file they refused to accept his card without him physically being there. I got stuck with the bill. Lucky for me I had the money to pay for it, but how inconvenient! RUDE
I can't believe some of the negative reviews here. Absolutely the best spa experience this side of the atlantic (or pacific). Friendly staff, great service, authentic banya experience! Ftw!
Best experience ever! They are so CLEAN! Acceptable price，comfortable environment! The staffs are very nice and friendly 4 stars serve! STRONGLY RECOMMEND! Definitely going back for sure!
Nasty unprofessional service and no hot water on men's shower.used to come often but never again
