Front desk personnel are slow and not friendly. Flight attendants are rude and very impersonal, you don't get even water as a courtesy, they charge you for everything, the food they offer for sale is only junk food! Some prices for flights are good.

I had a really bad experience with this airline they charged me for an extra bag and when I tried calling someone to help me with it it was nearly impossible to talk to a real person on their website they mostly direct you to a WhatsApp number where it's an automated robot that can't really help you with anything if you Google their customer support number a number comes up and sadly I ended up getting scammed on it I don't know what that is about but when I was finally able to have a person pick up the phones they told me they couldn't refund me the money for the bag that was charged extra because the transaction had gone through I have never heard of such a thing honestly I hope I never have to fly with them again.

If you make even one mistake it can cost you an extra 100$ it's almost impossible to get ahold of anyone.

Go with 4 hrs anticipation. My brother in law lost his flight even when he was at the airport 2 hrs in advanced. The staff works slow and often distract themselves behind the desk. Unprofessional. Also if you have an issue customer service does their best to avoid you if you repeatedly call. The toll free service line always refers you to WhatsApp. The number leads to a voicemail. I couldn't get refunded for a dog I was attempting to take from Guadalajara to USA. They charged me initially for the trip out to Guadalajara from the USA and labeled it a mistake. Their app wont let you downgrade carry on baggage or add a pet to your flight unless you call them directly. Phone service is ok if you know how to get ahold of them. I had to manipulate my way through the toll free # and selected the option 3 where it states the itinerary change.
Worst customer service experience.
Even if you make a slight mistake they take your money and run.
Wish the better business bureau would step in and do something.
My brother in law had to get picked up again from Guadalajara airport due to their sloppy, slow, unprofessional, service. They didnt offer to reimburse him his gas, or even offer a room. Not to mention loss wages due to their service. He had to take the next day flight due to their mistake.

Worst ever by far.
