18Price was good. I contacted this dealership by text and received a prompt response. I made arrangements to pick up the car the next day and upon arrival I was immediately assisted by the sales team. Volkswagen of Clovis facilities are very clean and modern. I left with my new Jetta after a little over an hour. I would buy another car here.
Didn’t walk out with a car but TROY was absolutely incredible. His customer service was above & beyond. He was so friendly and didn’t pressure us to do anything we weren’t comfortable with. We had a great time talking and hanging out with him. For that reason, will absolutely be back to work with him. Thanks so much for your time Troy!
They tried stating I had replaced the rear view mirror in a certified used car (their service loaner they sold to me) that I bought from them 3 weeks prior when it had stalled and the computer system went crazy and wouldn’t work. They said it wouldn’t be covered under warranty, however that was the exact mirror in the car when I bought it. Two days after “fixing” my car, the gas door won’t unlatch meaning I can’t refuel my car because the computer system won’t let the door open. When I called about this, I was told simply “you’ll have to pry the door open” and when I asked if that would be under warranty (on my brand new car), they said “I’m not sure but it should be. ” When I called to speak to the manager, I was put off and told someone will be calling at a later date and no solutions were given.
You have an amazing employee. Jerry Sheldon that has been with me since his old employers and continues to provide the same excellent service! Always positive and full of helpful answers to my questions!
We needed to get the brakes on our 2019 Tiguan serviced and the team took the car into service the day following Thanksgiving (we were visiting Fresno area for the Holiday). Additionally the pricing was reasonable and better than the comparable pricing in Los Angeles. The team was knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. We will take our car here in the future. Also appreciated the cash was washed during servicing.
I was very disappointed with a part purchase and quote. I was told there would be no charge for installing my part purchase but to my surprise there is a big amount to pay for installation. I clearly asked and was told differently.
Michaels in Fresno closed shop so I had to find a new place to service my VW. Took it to Clovis and they did such a great job from start to finish. I loved the technology with the texts on my phone about its status! Will be coming back for all of my needs. Including my next car.
They were very nice and what was wrong with my breaks was finally explained to me by the young lady Jasmin.

Jerry Sheldon always takes care of making sure my VW Atlas has all of the correct services. VW handles my vehicle with care and provides information on all of the repairs that were completed. Great Service!
Fist of all, I would like to send my grateful to the sale staffs and consultant to help me on purchasing the vehicle. I am appreciate it. I have an incentive grant from the government. The dealer has never heard about this. All of they did is they tried their best to help me with the grant. They read and understand what I had and base on it they tried their best to solve it. On this letter, I can not express my grateful. What I can write here is thank you Volkswagen staff to help me and give the the best service. Your staff is so great. Keep on going with it.

STAY AWAY if you can. Had my car for a full month with my check engine coming back on repeatedly. They did not use my repair warranty while telling me it didnt qualify, when they didnt even contact them. Charged me 3500 for covered work and have been lagging on rectifying the issue for 3 weeks now. They also didnt offer aby sort of courtesy car or rental when they had my car for so long.
Extremely unlrofessional and do not follow up with the customer's wirhiut you nagging th non stop to get answers and then they dont even make their own timetables.
If you get Joe as a service tep i recommend asking for someone else.
