I am extremely disappointed to hear (for the first time) that the ID. 4 eats through rear tires. My tires have only 16k mikes on them and are nearly needing replacements @$700/2 tires.
Thats crazy. Also, when i called and made an appointment then showed ip to it, they said i wasn’t on the calendar but they worked me in anyways.

Car is running fine after my 70k mileage appointment. However, my windows creak every time they go up and down now. Also, my window button that should automatically go up and down now does not work and the button is loose.

Overall good experience, the one frustrating thing that happened was my appointment was for 8: 30, and the service advisor allowed someone with an 8: 45 appointment to go before me and he wasn’t even having a vw serviced, he was having a doge ram serviced. What’s the point to having an appointment if your going to take people out of order.

Alex is awesome. You gave me sticker price when every other dealer was charging 5-10k over. On top of that, Alex drove to Newport Beach to pick me up. You all are the best!

I have bought my 3rd vehicle from this dealership, and all 3 times I've worked with Andre. Very professional and friendly. He does his best to make your experience a pleasurable one. He will listen to you and work hard to get you in what you're looking for and he won't try to sell you on anything you don't need. He will make suggestions according to what you tell him you need and what you are looking for. Customer Service top notch. The staff also is friendly and professional and the atmosphere is calm, you almost forget that you're at a dealership. They will answer all your questions. I would recommend anyone to pay a visit to this dealership.

Overall a 5 star experience for our VW ID. 4 recall door fix. Could have been better only if VW Murrieta has the part already on hand so we did not have to leave our VW ID. 4 for about 2 months with the dealership. We did get a VW Tiguan loaner after 2 weeks but had to fork out for gasoline. Both VW Corporate and the dealership needs to streamline the recall process so vehicles are not left at dealership for an extended period of time.

Cannot say enough great things about this quality dealership! All of the staff members are personable, kind and not pushy. They use a very transparent approach with no hidden fees.
