The agent explained everything that would be completed and issues that arose that deviated from the plan during the process.

I purchased my 2021 Atlas Cross Sport from this dealership with a maintenace plan. After the 30k in January23 they told me I needed to rotate my tires and my cabin filter and air filter needed to be changed. They were going to charge me over $200 for filters ($30 in parts btw). Needless to say I refuse to take my vehicle to a dealership that puts profit before customer care. I took my vw to Antelope Vally VW yesterday who informed me that the filters are covered under the service plan as well as the tire rotation. These guys are less than honest and only care about squeezing money out of every warm body that walks through the door. Do yourself a favor and take your VW anywhere but here.

Scheduled 9: 30 am appointment. Was greeted by service member if the car can drive since it was towed in. I explained it has reverse and drive 1st and 2nd gears only, that work. I told him I am 3 minutes past my appointment time and he said it's only a appointment time and not a repair time. He asked me again if the car can drive and I said yes. I am ONLY bringing it to a dealership because I have to have my mechatronis for the transmission programmed to this car. It's a brand new part that was bought from a dealership and is OEM. He said the programming rate is $225 and that's for 1 hour of labor and if it needs more time they will have to charge me more. It took 1 full hour before they touched my car. When it went in, the service guy said, hopefully he gets it done because he has to go to lunch at 1130. And they start at 6 am so they can leave by 3pm to not have to deal with traffic. It's just past 1030am. I decided to walk the lot and walk to the service building where it says that customers are not allowed to entered. So I did not enter and looked inside the shop from the outside. The service manager came up to me and said, " what are you doing" I said looking at my car and respecting the sign. He said " well my boss will ask me why you are outside standing there". He said its dangerous to stand outside because they drive cars in and out. Very unprofessional. I saw nothing going on with my car. So I went back to the waiting area. Finally my car was done and the service agent made me wait so he can get customers that just walked in addressed. He said he needed to get their car into the bay. The mechanic brought the paperwork to the service agent and I asked the mechanic how it went. He said very good. The mechatronics took the programming fast. He spotted a leak of the coolant which he was spot on for the problem I knew. Definitely this Mechanic knows his stuff. And the mechanic was very professional and helpful. He advised me the car will feel sluggish for 20 miles until I have the car relearn my driving style. He was correct.
Back to the service department. I finally paid the 225 and received my receipt. I had to remove the plastic seat film and car tag.
Conclusion. I felt very uncomfortable with how I was treated and the wasted time spent their. A 15 minute job at max for a 2 hour sit. The reminders of the possible 2 hours labor rate if it goes over 1 hour to having to get permission from another service agent to start a work order. No offer of free waters or coffee. Music very loud in the waiting room and constantly changing songs. Most of their vehicles have a mark up value above the manufacturers price at 7,000 not including the additional mark ups for security theft and what not. FYI, Oh more stuff. I was asked if my car has ever been there and I said yes. He said I am not in the system. I explained been there for a recall. He said it changed owners and they lost a lot of customer information. 1 service agent makes me to never want to go there again. He sent me a text notice that my airfilter that is brand new needs to get replaced and among other things.

Started of well and ended bad, had my vehicle serviced for an issue that was covered through warranty with an oil leak present, no issue there and was fixed. Second time apparently the oil leak was an “issue” in order to fix issue that was covered through warranty. Ok, called another dealer and was told that it can be fixed without an issue wether or not there was an oil leak present. So now I’m taking it there instead. I was asked by my acquaintance at the other dealer if the shop foreman was named Abel and I said yes, he proceeded to inform me that Abel is known for that and was followed by some derogatory terms which I found comical. So Abel I’m sure you’re reading this by now, I guess you shouldn’t be foreman since other mechanics are more proficient in their skill in order to fix my car without an issue. Be better

3 years later and the service is still just as impeccable. So much so I've just leased a new car from them. They earned my business a second time and they deserve it!

They are traveling 100 miles to deliver my new I. D 4 as I write this. They are also picking up my 2020 Tiguan that they bought back from me for a very good price.

No hassle. Very serious people. When I called them today they took me very seriously. They got me a good deal and there were no games.

I can't say the same for another location VW in Woodland Hills. I only gave WH a chance because they are close to me. But their salesperson has a lot to learn from people like Michael and Dominic at VW San Bernardino.

Michael and Dominic at are real class acts.

They know how to treat their customers.

I highly recommend getting a car from them.

9-20-20Jazmin was straight forward. No hassle. Got me the car at the price I requested. I did paperwork online and car was delivered to me the same day.

At 7: 20am on September 21,2023, I visited VW in San Bernardino, CA where I encountered a rude and disrespectful experience with Alejandro and his staff. Unfortunately, due to a disagreement regarding consumer services and staff behaviors, I was denied services by Alejandro. Janice did offer assistance, but I observed her whispering in Alejandro's ear, and she appeared surprised when she noticed me. I kindly request better staff at VW.

I bought a used 2014 VWPasaat TDI in March 2020 at 29k miles. LOVE this car! I do ALOT of roadtripping, and always took my car into service for oil changes and DSG service. The previous service centers i used (Ontario/WCovina/Pasadena), seemed a bit lacking in customer service and they dropped the ball in diagnosing an issue i had with my car, so as I was close to 100k miles, I decided to try Car Pros of SB.

I shared my dissatisfaction of other VW centers with Alejandro, the service manager. He was so kind and attentive. While I was talking to him, I overheard a customer say that they were in the process of changing owners. Alejandro reassured me that the quality of service would not change, and asked me to allow them to prove this. He then had a mechanic come and talk to me. Abe listened to my car issues and told me he would personally oversee the diagnosis and repair. He then called me later that day and explained the results in layman's terms. I authorized the work and when it was time to pick up my car, both he and Alejandro thanks me for my business. I can't say enough good things about Alejandro and Abe. They are professional, personable, and just so easy to talk to! They made me feel like family.

I have been back for regular maintenance, and they both remember me. The new ownership has been wonderful. Thank you Car Pros!
