Many thanks to Robbie, Gerald and the service team at Volvo San Diego for doing the right thing, and doing it so well. I had a cracked cylinder, and needed an engine replacement on my XC60. Crazy, right? Very unusual from what everyone has told me. Fortunate for me, my replaced engine had a lifetime warranty. I have to admit, I was geared up, anticipating barriers and/or resistance based on a similar experience 6 years ago. I can honestly share that the experience, environment of the service center, helpfulness, and atmosphere has changed dramatically for the positive. I soon relaxed with Robbie Maples assurances he would contact Volvo America, and how he kept me updated on such a regular and proactive basis. "I've got you! " Friendly, professional, Robbie seems to really enjoy working with clientele, and is a fantastic ambassador. Doing the right thing. Volvo America, Volvo San Diego, Robbie and the Volvo SD service department. It matters, never goes out of style and deserves recognition.

Never did I think I could find a hassle free dealership, but I did. I was met by Gary, a manager, who was incredibly friendly and helped me until Adrian, a sales team member was available. Above and beyond service to make sure I had water, tea or coffee, addressed all questions with sincerity, and gave me the most pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dealership.

My wife and I had looked at 10 different mid-sized SUVs by the time we went to Volvo. Once we test drove a used CX90 we knew we found the right car. Alex R.was the best sales person we could have hoped for. Very informative and positive without being pushy. We bought the car the same day and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The salesperson (Richard), Harry (accounting) and their supporting staffs treated us professionally. This a rare and pleasant car buying experience. After a few hours, we drove away happy with our purchase. We will certainly back for our 4th Volvo.
