Absolute great experience using Alex for our puppy Chuey. Very informative, professional and ethical approach to dog breeding. We couldn't be happier with our little boy.

My husband has had Rottweilers before in the past but I’m a first time Rottweiler owner and we could not be happier with our boy Gunner. Vom Royal-Empire Rottweilers not only do they produce beautiful dogs but the temperament and loving personality are unmatched. Gunner is great fit with our other dogs and cat, he’s great with kids and other people. By far he has made me fall in love with this breed and has easily made so many others that have past by him love this breed as well. I can’t say enough great things about this breeder.

Josie is my 6th Rottie and the best yet. I researched multiple breeders and am glad that I settled on Alex Tovar and Von Royal Empire Rottweiler. Alex sent me pictures of the puppies every week and I was able to pick out the female puppy that I wanted. Josie is such a beautiful dog with an incredibly sweet disposition. I highly recommend Alex and his dogs. Rotties are the best family dogs.

I had my female Rottweiler puppy when her at 8 weeks. She was super cool and never barked at even the first night home. Hopefully she become the super guard for my family! Carlos gave us the professional opinions to rise her whenever we need the help. Very thankful for Carlos!

I got my Rottweiler 3 months ago and can 100% say that the service I received was really great. The communication throughout the process was the best. I was updated every week on my pup all the way until it was time for pickup. I received tips on raising him and also the shots he received. I recommend from this kennel if you want a trustworthy and reliable breeder.

We just got our second female Rott from Alex. Our first was 1.5 yrs and we knew we needed another. Great great temperament. We have two young boys and an older dog, and they get along great. Can’t recommend enough. You couldn’t ask for a better temperament.

We had the best experience working with Alex from Vom Royal to welcome a new puppy to our home. From the first contact not only was he so responsive but he was very accommodating to letting us meet the mother of our potential pup. Once the puppies were born, Alex shared videos and texts almost weekly (or as much as we asked) with updates. Alex even sent follow up texts after we picked up the puppy to check on her and see if we needed anything. When our family is ready for another puppy, we will absolutely being reaching back out!

Another thing that is important to note is that we were so impressed with the cleanliness of all the dogs’ kennels when we went to meet the mother. It was very evident that this was not just cleaned for our visit but that this is how they lived. All his dogs were also so well behaved and that too was important that we knew and could see the demeanor and obedience of his dogs.

Alex is one of the best breeders I have come across. He is a true professional. From the day I paid my deposit he kept me informed on how the mother and puppy was doing. He sent pictures weekly keeping me updated. Any hiccups that arrived he did whatever he needed to do to satisfy me. His quality is the best i’ve seen. I totally recommend buying your Rottweiler from him. A+

I got my Rosey from Carlos about a month ago and I must say I was very impressed. I was always worried about a kennel being cheesy and rundown but not Vom Royal! As soon as I put my deposit down he was very helpful and informative about the steps and procedure. I was fortunate enough to get my girl in an earlier litter but I must say the Kennel is amazing. It's in the back of a residence and there are about 10-kennels filled with the damns and sires. OMG super clean and orderly. Very nice area where he keeps them with a spotless area. I was able to meet Rosey's father and I believe it was her Aunt (mom was not on premises) and so walked by 1/2 of the kennels. Carlos had Rosey set up for me in a a 6 foot temporary enclosure and her disposition was super friendly and loving. Although she was about 9 weeks she was very very attached to Carlos. All the adults were in mesmerized by him as well. To me that said alot about how he treated his animals. Since taking Rosey home she has been easy to work with. Although her house training is a work in progress it's coming along. Carlos has even been quite attentive about Rosey texting me inquiries several times since she's moved in here. He is supportive and helpful about the vaccination and veterinarian appointments and immediately sent the documentation in for the AKC Certification. Not that important to me since I just prefer AKC for physical and dispositional purposes. Rosey is still very loving and a big cuddle bear and gets along great with another puppy Dachshund, a grown lab, and 3 bully cats. I believe her disposition has alot to do with how she was treated and loved by Carlos. I would highly recommend going with Carlos if you are tying to decide.

In my experience with Alex, I’ve been truly impressed by his professionalism and honesty. He provided a complete background explanation on his pups and welcomed a meet and greet with the dogs. Alex is trustworthy and I would recommend him to friends and family.
