Typical bonds, although this one is really clean. I walked inside with my mask on. My friend howard, idiot that he is, walked in without his mask. The security guard was immediately on him telling him he had to wear his mask. It's very comforting to know that they're on things like that.

If you want to renew your DMV car registration this is the place.
No lines and fast renewal.

Overall friendly and knowledgable staff lead by good management team. (Although more diligence is needed when it comes to the cleanliness of both gender neutral restrooms.)

Workers never seem to be around/ available.or if they are, they aren't very helpful. Products are okay quality- wise.

Such a great grocery store when I'm around the area and need to get some stuff. I usually only come to this Vons if I'm near because I have another Vons closer to my house. The parking situation here is alot better than the Vons near me because it's in a big plaza. I came here with my fiancée since she wanted to get a cake and they have a lot of different options to choose from. While she was doing that, I went to the ice cream aisle to get some ice cream for my nephew. They had the Spiderman one that I know he likes so it was a win win. We paid through the self checkout area and there always a worker there to help you if you have any issues. The workers are always friendly to me when I go and the place is very clean inside.

This is a really nice grocery store with a great meat counter! And the Sushi counter is always fresh and made that very day.

Classist. Very. As soon as I pick out a cereal they begin to say over their stores' loud speaker, "Security! Check all cameras! " I ignored it, then also pick out some milk (half gallon) and then realized i need something to carry this all with and, headed to wear the hand baskets were when this time they announced "security! To the front of the store! " I then went to purchase my items and two employees arrived at both entrances. Don't shop here. In fact, boycott until they treat all people fair.

My family has shopped here for years and up until today we were very pleased with the service however there are some very rude employees. My father has a bit of an accent and I’m usually the one to help him. All we needed was some help finding Caprisun. So we asked an employee and we were shocked when he proceeded to belittle me and my father over his pronunciation. I understand that masks make it difficult to hear but a simple “Sorry could you repeat that? ” Would have sufficed. Instead this employee decides to giggle and keep us for longer than needed by having us pull up a photo. I’d expect a grown man to act more respectful and professional instead of laughing like a child over something like an accent.

The staff are very nice but Vons tends to be a little more expensive compared to other grocery stores in the area like Ralph's, Trader Joe's, or even Walmart if you want to make the trek to Porter Ranch. It's a nice grocery store, especially if you walk or ride a bike to get groceries, I just personally don't see the benefit in Vons over other stores I shop at.also the bathrooms were pretty gross.

Von was doing alright. He said to send his love to you and the kids. Kidding. I don't remember Vons actually. Good place though, been there many times.

Great selection but there’s nearly always a long checkout line, just when it gets busy. In the last couple of years, they introduced self-checkout, which makes things much better, especially during these times. And the staff is always very nice and chatty.

The location of this store is very convenient.
I usually come here for their cookies, fried chicken and strawberry Boston cake.
PS - They have amazing deals on regular day stuff.

I'm new to this area and have to shop here because I live next door to Vons. Well just a quick comment about my experience. I just want to say that their customer service is horrible. They are not friendly at all, employees have no name badg, make no eye contact, they feel forced to answer when you ask a question I have been there a few times and honestly I'd rather take the drive to somewhere else.

Well-stocked grocery store with quality groceries, a wide selection of good, quality baked goods, and very polite and helpful staff. We used them for a birthday cake and were very glad we did it. The staff here always give the personal touch, and it is a pleasure to shop here.

Love this place but night security needs to calm down. I get they have a job but no need to over step your power when your there to secure the place not to deny customers because you want to leave early. Closing time is 11pm not 10: 45/10: 50pm.

I was waiting over 15 minutes for someone to come help me on the self checkout.

This Vons really has some rude, and ungrateful employees. I worked for a family, who had me do all their grocery shopping at this Vons in Reseda Ca, and the family would spend a good four to five hundred dollars a week on groceries; the clerk's (check out) are the rudest, and unprofessional people, I have ever dealt with.
Nevertheless, I would watch how down right unprofessional these checkers would treat customers, and because no one reported they're behavior to corporate, they still continue their callow antics with people.
I stopped shopping there, and wouldn't recommend this Reseda store to anyone!

Love this Vons! Fast check out lines. Clean and organized! Easy to find what I need. The cashier I got was super nice and friendly. I think that's what really made my day.
