Just revamped their floral section, now located where the juice station used to be on the west side of the store. Its absolutely beautiful and has everything you need for last minute gifts or party supplies if you dont want to drive up to Party City, or for vacationers who don't know the area. They carry a wide variety of floral arrangements ranging anywhere between $10 to $140 and are probably the best I've ever seen in my opinion. They also inflate balloons. 50c for latex and $1 for mylar.

I had 15 people to my home for a Welcome to the neighborhood. Delia, who works in the Pacific Plaza, made Gourmet Cheese platter and fresh fruit platter to serve 20. Those platters were the most beautiful and artfully arranged platters I have ever seen. I will definitely ask for Delia to make any future orders that I may need. Give this lady a raise! She is talented!

Reese was above and beyond helpful and I really appreciate him helping me on my daughter's birthday making my last minute arrangements a reality.

My experience was great, the store itself has a very up scale atmosphere. Quite a large Vons, all items fully stocked & in place. I was able to get a glimpse of a crew member sanitizing the carts. A plus for me along with the disposable wipe stand they have to the right of the entrance. Nearly no wait in line 3 to 5 minutes give or take & my cashier was calm & collected. Over all experience, I would gladly go back, if only I could afford it.
Four point eight starts only do to the price, but with everything I mentioned above it's a proper tradeoff in ones opinion.

Pretty big vons. The checkout lines can get a bit long. Great location with starbucks, jamba, and trader joe's near by

Self service checkout not working. Long time to check out, very few check outs open, no hurry to help. Not busy.

Von's, Safeway - same store.and in Texas.they changed there name to something else again.can't remember that one.
Anyway. I got there when visiting for wine, beer, and, food to cook.
You always know what you're getting when you visit one.

Shopped at Vons years. Excellent store with a great variety of products, clean, florist area, butcher shop & Starbucks.

Great food, produce, fruits/veggies. Tons of traffic. Always busy which is expected in this area. The bathrooms are the only reason it's not 5 stars. I feel bad for the staff working there if they have to use the one I did.

Good grocery store for staples such as groceries and pantry goods. Excellent alcohol section with a wide selection of wines, beers, and liquors. They are lacking in gourmet cheeses and charcuterie, mostly just having their store brand.

Better off going to Trader Joe's.

Really friendly staff. Can find pretty much everything here food wise. Good location for other places too. Patrice’s are pretty good. Checkout of always fast. Coupons and discounts for regulars with store card. Which I don’t have but they try and help you out with discounts if they can. I go here all the time for my grocery needs when in town.

Gave me boxes and had the milk I was looking for. (Lactose free chocolate)
Self checkout needs to be marked better so people don't cut.

Outstanding alcohol department! Local beer and booze! Open 24/7.party! Also, the juice bar and kombucha.staff is friendlier than other locations cause it's.at the beach!

At first the lady at the register was rude after i told her my disability she changed her attitude you xobd jugde a person just because you voice is loud my problem is my hearing disability and every time people jugde and treat you rude but when i explain my disability and the reason is because i dont hear my self thats why my voice sound like am mad or rude but if i dont hear my self i have to raise my voice

Excellent customer service, always helpful and friendly. They address you by name. I like that where I spend my money has people who pay attention to the customer. Also a great Deli department!

Skip it. This is a very convenient location and it shows in how they're chronically sold out of the weekly specials. The employees are really all over the place too, sometimes very nice other time very rude. About every 3rd visit is regrettable.

As a local I shop here often as well as get gas from them with my Vons club number. Today (June 12) I got regular gas for $3.56/gallon, cheapest I’ve paid in months. The grocery has everything you need and is very good about adding employees during rush hours with long lines. I’m sticking with five stars because they deserve it overall, but it seems like the self checkout could be more efficient. Maybe more stations with multiple employees there to help quickly. Would reduce wait time.

Huge store with a very busy atmosphere when I was here last Saturday around midday. Tons of parking on the lot!
