Vons, Clovis CA

Love the managers and employees. I hate how they treat the employees! Soo many good ones gone for stupid reasons and malicious ones. We shop and buy just about everyday and have at this store for 17 yrs! It's not the co it's the employees and customer service and being and treating them like family. Wise up! We ONLY pay your high prices BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEES! We are job security! Take away our awesome people and we shop elswhere!

My partner picked up a beautiful bundle of long stem roses for my birthday. After 5 days the roses opened but did not droop. A week later and they are open so beautifully and still standing tall. And this is August in a heatwave. They never do so well in summer. Whatever you're doing is working.

Great store but 2 of my 3 bundle of roses died same day. Inexpensive but not good.

I was told that they offer unlimited cash back as long as they have the money I received $700 in cash back when I went back the manager said the most they could do is 300. I'm not sure if he's lying or everyone just says another policy overall great shopping place

My to go spot for lunch very nice clean store fast check out and fresh hot meals to go thank you vons keep up the wonderful job.

This is one of my most favorite places to shop for groceries. I live in Fresno but I will go out of my way to find a Vons. I like the way the store is played out. I enjoy shopping at Vons.

Not clean shelves are not filled up the store has been completely down compared to years ago I don't know what happened but not the same bakery sucks

Today went well. I saved $27.00 on my food bill.

Got a 30 cent per gallon fuel discount, my discounted fuel was $4.99 per gallon = $88.44

I needed to run in for something really quick and they were closed before the posted hours. Which is 5AM-12AM. I went at 11: 56. So if you're hoping for this to be your late night I forgot an ingredient option like me I wouldn't try. It's a pretty busy store during normal hours.

Messed up two delivery orders in a row. Failed to refund one of them when they said it was delivered but clearly wasn’t. We had to dispute the charges with our bank. Frustrated with the grocery delivery failures, we decided to order for pickup and THAT order was delayed all day until we finally cancelled it. It is absolutely clownshoes at Von’s lately. We will no longer be using them.

They tried with vegan options. Spread out throughout the store you can find a section here a couple items there. Occasionally they have decent deals on par with other grocery stores that would make shopping worth it. Unfortunately all their vegan option prices keep going up with new pricing. Our family will be shopping elsewhere from now on. Convenience of location is the last thing this store has going for it anymore.

I’ve had terrible experiences with both delivery and pick up orders not getting delivered or fulfilled, followed by very poor customer service responses such as a refund not getting processed as promised. I’m done shopping here.

I love my Vons. It's a little expensive but the staff is great & so are the rewards. Except Now I can't use the gas rewards due to new vehicle is a diesel.

ZERO mask enforcement during peak holiday and covid/flu season. High risk people should shop elsewhere. Walmart grocery had much better mask policy and compliance last week. They were handing out masks at the door.

Is Von a person, or an item? Do they sell Vons, or does Von own it? Their name is enshrouded in mystery, an enigma wrapped around a mediocre yet reliable shopping experience.

Pretty nice store! They have a gas station which is nice and if you have a vons card with them you get a discount 10 cent discount. They also have a deli and a Starbucks inside. They have some self check out lanes as well which is a plus.

Sometimes when they're busy they can or will ignore you, but for the most part, every time I come in, everyone is very friendly. I love the sushi chef. He made my special request for me just perfect and let me order it just a minute before 2pm without any issue. I will always appreciate someone willing to go the extra mile just to make me smile.

Vons is a well kept store with pretty much all the varieties of groceries needed. Plus they have DMV kiosk machine which is so convenient. There's basically no waiting in long lines!
