The current staff are very kind, and they treat people like friends. Uyen is a great pharmacy manager and you see how hard she (and her team) works, without complaint, in spite of the spike of work thrust upon their same-sized team with covid vaccinations. I saw a prior review complaining about their lunch hour, but it's documented and should be respected. They work long hours and work efficiently, and care about their customers.

Can confirm horrible customer service as the prior reviewers. They had two female pharmacists. (1) When attempting to check-in, she acted as if I were bothering her while she filled pills. (2) Was scheduled at 9am sharp and they opened late plus I had to wait after walk-ins that got there before me. (3) Denied me the Covid booster because I was 48 hours shy of the 6 months recommendation then asked me to come back in 2 days. I care for a high risk individual that was in the hospital with Covid for 2 months last year. Ended up at Walmart next door with friendly pharmacists, save yourself some time and frustration.

Absolute worst customer service, will never use them again. I get there, get in line as they are closing a divider. There are 2 in front of me, I wait. When it's my turn they ask if I was there and tell me they are closed. I said at noon? They said yes, for lunch. Whoever is in charge needs to learn management, garbage.

This place was convenient. That's about all I can say. There are some nice people who work here but unfortunately it doesn't diminish how much of a pain this place is to deal with. They have repeatedly filled old prescriptions, which locks my insurance at my other pharmacy and I can't get them filled there. I can't get these people to stop it. I've asked they remove my insurance info but they never do. You might want to go somewhere else. Just too much hassle here.

I call pharmacy they leave on hold for long all the time for long time all the time some time they leave me on hold and bevy answer!

I visited the Dennery Rd pharmacy Saturday January 25th at or around 3pm. I got in line shortly after the only other customer for service. There were 2 female pharmacy employees in the back in deep conversation. I'm 100 percent positive the employees saw us because one of them would look over at us. The customer in front of me had begun to fidget with items at the counter because of the wait. Finally after about 10 minutes one of the employees came over and helped the customer. Once her transaction was done the employee took her prescription and proceeded to fill it instead of helping or acknowledging me. I waited in line another 10-15 minutes all the while watching the employees look over at me slyly. After deciding that I had enough my mother and I decided to walk over to the bakery. On the way out of line I noticed another customer had come up. We walked to the bakery and browsed. Once we were done I walked back to the pharmacy and there were no customers. I stood in line once more for maybe 5-10 minutes. Again I am 100 percent sure they saw us because again the employee glanced our way on more than one occasion. When we realized they were ignoring us on purpose, my mother asked one of the same 2 females if they were open and she said yes. Again never making any attempt to help us. After realizing that I'd rather die from my ailment than wait another minute we left. Do I think it was because I'm African American and the other customers weren't? Maybe, but honestly I think it's because these two individuals are rude and VERY unprofessional. I was obviously here because I needed medication. I'm just happy it was for a migraine instead of something life threatening. Sorry Von's I will never fill a prescription or shop here agian. FYI.if I could have given 0 stars I would have.
