Awesome front counter folks in service! The young Asian guy in the showroom was a bit hard to understand but a cool guy that really new his stuff! Everybody was very very friendly and knowledgeable! Thanks guys and gals!

I bought the eMove Cruiser. Consider that for yourself, it has great range, and great wattage output. You won't regret it.

Purchased a new Emove scooter in late August 2023 for my son who started his freshman year in college. Within 6 weeks of owning the scooter and very low mileage (about 100 miles on odometer), the front right brake malfunctioned, abruptly grabbed, causing my son to fly over the handle bar causing him injury. Shocked, I immediately emailed the company demanding a replacement scooter, only to be sent new brake calipers to be repaired and replaced on my own dime (nearest VoroMotors facility hundreds of miles away). Come to find out, the mechanic who replaced the brake calipers found that the brake lever was cracked as a result of the faulty front brakes (photo attached). When I reached out to request replacement, they said nothing is covered and that I should mail in the scooter ($350) for repair.

Based on all the negative reviews about the Emove cruiser (and other voromotor scooters), it is crystal clear that there is grounds for a class action lawsuit. I am honestly quite surprised that these scooters have not been reported to the Consumer Product Safety Commission and permanently banned from being sold. Separate of poor customer service where nothing is done to " make things right, " injuries continue to mount.

I called looking for maintenance parts and spare tires for my Wolf King GT. Juan was very helpful and patient with my many questions. He helped me beyond what I expected by sending me a link of the items I needed. Now that's excellent service!

I called Voro Motors and Kat from customer service in LA was really helpful and answered all my questions. She was polite and very knowledgeable about the Voro Motors Roadrunner Pro and all the info I asked for the difference in styles and price. Kat looked up any differences between the two if she didn’t know the answer. She even laughed at my silly jokes.she was honest and forthcoming. I’m going to buy one this week on Black Friday. I’ve been looking at this Roadrunner Pro/ Or V2 for at least 4 months and she helped me decide on buying it for sure. Kat has 5 stars and so does Voro Motors! ️️️️️I will add photos when it comes!

*Update* customer service has gotten back to me and they have been very helpful. Matt and Juan are the ones to go with. They are the most helpful and they are able to answer your questions. I would recommend if you want to talk to someone talk to Juan or Matt.

I have had one of the worst experiences ever dealing with this company. I bought my Kaabo Wolf King GT back around March. I was riding the scooter until about 500 miles when the brake fluid in the scooter went out somehow. They set me up with shipping and we set a time for the repair. They never gave me the box when I originally bought it and so after about 2 weeks of talking back and fourth they sent one to me. I finally got the scooter shipped out and sent to them. I paid for the repairs and they said they were going to ship it back out to me. Then they tell me they can’t ship it because they don’t have a box for it. Well where did the box they sent me as a replacement for mine that I never received? They couldn’t answer me. They then after 1 day tell me it’s will be shipped out that night and I would receive a tracking number. I did not receive a tracking number or any information from the company for a week. I emailed multiple times and no answer back. Then I see that the scooter is being shipped out and it was delivered today. I open the scooter out of the box and everything looks fine. I get it completely assembled and am about ready to ride it for the first time in MONTHS and the buttons where I set how much power the scooter has is completely smashed. I’m absolutely do not recommend anyone to buy from this company. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Piss poor customer service ordered a scooter that was damaged in shipping, since I live outside the USA voror refused to do anything about it regarding proper compensation on receiving a busted scooter, it was to bad from voror and the expense to even have it fixed dropped onto my head what a joke! DO NOT recommend doing business with them if you live outside the USA they will screw you and scam you faster then Varla their shipping methods are almost as bad as their business operations, stay far away from voror will never be ordering from them again.

I ordered a new thumb throttle for my EMove Cruiser, And it came packed in the box beautifully and was shipped very nicely and very fast. I was so surprised with how fast it arrived. Also, the customer service was excellent. I called, no one answered and their phone service called me back. I couldn’t believe it.
Anyway, I unpacked the throttle, and I thought the screen was scratched so I called and was mad And Melvin asked me to send pictures so I did. He told me the screen is not scratched the protector is. He said to pull off the screen protector. I hadn’t even noticed because the screen protector was so flat. I didn’t even see it so I did what Melvin told me and he was right. The screen was perfect and I thought it was scratched. It was the protector that was scratched. And this is all after I ranted and raved and was angry. I overreacted and I apologized because right away, I knew I was wrong. But I was so relieved that it the screen wasn’t damaged. And Melvin was so nice. I had instant customer service and an instant answer right in a text. It turns out it was Melvin, the owner of Voro! Instantly knew who it was I was so thrilled. And he was so nice after I had been quite beyond grouchy, I thanked Him for his excellent Customer Service and his willingness to immediately rectify. Any problem that came about with the thumb throttle. What more can I say? I’d give 10 stars if I could. I will be a return customer. Thanks Melvin. I’m off to install my thumb throttle. I appreciate you a lot.

It’s been 12+ weeks to repair my scooter. And I’m out my money and still walking. Oh, I also purchased insurance with scooter, (two years) due to the scooter being my mode of transportation. So, a scooter with these capabilities is not going to last long. It’s pretty in design and made by the cheapest metals. I’ve ordered and broken so many items. This particular repair is still pending. After 8 weeks I contact the Voro repair shop- and reports 3 items were on order to complete my scooter. So, I. Waited, then I had to reach out to them yet again. And was told 2 additional parted remained “on order”. I also did not understand, but when notified of two remaining parts, the email asked if I wanted to move to final quality check? But it’s missing the folding mechanism screw and S screws, how/why/ a FINAL QUALITY CHECK? You just told me it’s not complete. These two items are Not the missing items from before,! So, I’m still walking. And what kind of a repair shop doesn't keep basic parts on hand. Or when does a manager prioritize my scooter over selling someone a new one. They got my money and have used several months of “warranty covalent” to hold my scooter. Go somewhere else!

I was there helping my friend pick up an online order for a electric scooter. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially for our first time there. They answered all of ours questions and were more than happy to help further with anything else. I wish I got the names of the staff working there but hopefully they get recognition! I’ll most likely be back later to get a electric scooter of my own.

I adore my new E-move Cruiser S. I've had it about 15 days, ridden it with and without the reinforced seat and it is a blast to ride even in the rain. I know nothing I bought this because I have to commute 5 days a week but it's not even a mile there. It seems wasteful to use my pick-up truck-which I have to haul the wood I need for woodworking. This scooter is a lot of fun, gets me there and back without firing up the gas burner and I can use it to run errands in the area or just to get out of the house for some fun. With the IPX6 I can risk it in the typical Oregon winter rain.

Get a great helmet and have some fun. If you're new to e-scooters, join the forums on social media, watch the videos on YouTube to learn about how things work and how to do basic repairs. Even the older videos have been helpful.

Worst company ever. They lie, they ignore, they never fix, claim no warranty, hold your scooter hostage, then promise to send it back to you and never do. Go check out all the BBB complaints, this seems to be a common issue for them. They've had my scooter for 5 months. Then said its a $200 repair, I paid them immediately, and still cant get them to respond and or send me my scooter back. SCAM company. Buy anywhere but this company. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charge for everything with my credit card to get my money back. Lots of hassel you can avoid by using a local company in your area or even segway - the GT2 i bought has outperformed the Kaboo Wolf King I bought from these guys immensely. Segway stands behind their product and is a reputable company. This place SUCKS

I've had multiple experience with voromotors staff.
I must give credit where credit is due. Ryan in the Brooklyn location along with the entire staff has never left me out to dry. They have been able to answer any question regardless of how rediculous or how serious. They encouraged me (as a novice) to learn about tmy scooter to the point where i am my own mechanic, electrician, and now am capable to help others service their own scooter. They have helped me with every request, been honest when things dont need to be done to avoid absorbanted cost, extended courtesies with certain things. Over all things happen, machines break down and thats no fault of the staff, but they are very dedicated to helping out their customers and not get frustrated. Especially they dont try to rush you out the door.
Can't forget their company dog lol big golden retriever. Always playful when i'm there.
Overall id recommend Voromotors and their products. In store service and purchase options are rare now a days for electric scooters so this is great.

I wish u all would have honored my warranty n replaced my battery.one can dream

Been using the cruise for the last couple of months, then all of a sudden the right handle popped right off, the threads for the folding mechanism stripped. I am a little concerned that only after a few months something like the handle popping off seems a bit sketchy, however for the price of what the scooter can do and the fact that voromotors customer service was surprisingly really good, this was just a minor inconvenience. Hopefully this problem was just a one off but even then voromotors customer service was quick in getting back to me even sending me the replacment parts the very next day with out any hassle. There customer service is the main reason for the high rating I'm giving, but the product is also best bang for your buck as well.

Edit, so only a couple months later and the same thing happened, I guess this isn't covered under warranty or they only replace it once, I'm not sure. I have done some reseach and the threads in the handle stripping seems to be pretty common, not sure if it's because they helped me out once already or if they changed there policy on this matter but they don't want to fix this issue for me again.
I would be more understanding if this was a old scooter but it has only been about 6 months now and the threads stripping off two completely different handles seems more like a manufacturing issue, that should be covered, because this has been a common occurrence and the fact that this is a clear safety issue as if this handle popped out during riding is a hazard, because of this defect I no longer can recommend this modle as is. I do really like the scooter but the safety hazard is an issue.

I did a lot of research prior to buying a scooter and went with the E-move. It did not disappoint at all. It’s so fast, solid, and light for its size. And the customer service was top notch when I had an electrical issue. I will absolutely be buying from them again.

I am writing to express my concern regarding a repeated front wheel blowout on an EMOVE scooter, which resulted in injury to my son. Despite multiple visits to address various issues with the scooter, I was informed that they would not fix it for free. In my opinion, some EMOVE scooters should be removed from the market.

It is disheartening to feel insulted when they were aware of my numerous previous encounters with issues related to the EMOVE scooter. As a customer, I understand the value of both my monetary investment and time spent in resolving these matters. I was not seeking anything for free; my sole expectation was to obtain a safe scooter for my son to use for school.

Furthermore, I am in the process of gathering additional photographs showcasing the front wheel, along with the new replacement.

I’m leaving this review because I haven’t received any communication after paying to have my scooter repaired. Over a week ago after paying my repair costs on my emove cruiser I was told I’d receive a shipping confirmation to get my scooter returned. I haven’t heard back since and I’ve emailed customer support twice with no response. I also called twice and both times I was told by someone they’d figure out what was going on and call me back and they didn’t bother to call me back either. Now I have no idea where my scooter is and apparently neither does Voromotors. I want my scooter back please. I already paid for the repairs and you said it was ready to be sent back so what is the hangup?

It really pains me to write this review because I honestly really wanted to like this product. I thought it would tick off all the boxes of durability, customer service, long range, comfort, and most importantly, safety.

First, to make this a balanced review, I will start with the positives about the product. The E-Move Cruiser, when actually working, has a lot of real-world range, and in my personal opinion, it looks really cool. But that's where the fun stops.

My purchase of the E-Move Cruiser electric scooter has been an unmitigated disaster, and there is no exaggeration when I say it's the worst purchase I've ever made. What's truly unbelievable is that customers who have invested upwards of $2000 in this product are being treated so poorly.

From the very beginning, this scooter has been a source of fear and frustration. While the reviews and promotional materials painted a picture of excellence, the actual experience has been nothing short of a safety hazard. Shockingly, I received minor burns from an electrical shock while attempting to charge the scooter. Safety should be paramount, and this incident is inexcusable.

The issues did not stop there. In the same week of ownership, I encountered problems with the scooter's build quality. Loose bolts around the rear wheel and fold mechanism indicate a lack of craftsmanship and quality control, making it clear that the product's actual quality does not match its advertised durability.

The problems extended to the customer support and the extended warranty I purchased for peace of mind. Dealing with their customer support was a nightmare. They provided no clear communication, leaving me uninformed about the repair process and subjecting me to a bewildering runaround with multiple phone representatives and specialists.

This purchase has been a complete and utter disappointment, and I can honestly say it's the worst I've ever made. It's essential for prospective buyers to be aware of the safety risks, subpar product quality, and the terrible customer support that comes with the E-Move Cruiser. What's truly astonishing is that customers who invest over $2000 are being subjected to such treatment. There is no exaggeration in saying that this scooter has been a catastrophic letdown.

I also encourage other people who have had similar experiences to leave their feelings on the Better Business Bureau's page. Explore alternative electric scooter options that prioritize safety, quality, and reliable customer service.
