Voyager Craft Coffee reviews
18They messed uo my order but gave me a free coffee vocher for next time. That is nice. However their coffee is just average.
I am a coffee person. I like the atmosphere of the place. We tried mocha at Voyager but I liked the latte art more than coffee. But would like to try more on the menu. Checkout the beautiful photos and do visit.
Super coffee, amazing staff.
The baristas give you the feeling they love their job and are always giving their best and trying to improve. Easily the best baristas I have seen in a Bay area coffee shop. The coffee beans can match up with the best out there as well.
My partner and I bought some products from Voyager Craft Coffee at the yearly Coffee Festival in SF. And then we immediately lost all of them due to unfortunate accidents. The staff and Sam were so lovely in helping to recover what we lost. AMAZING company, coffee, and staff
My fav cafe in town. Try their chai latte with oat milk. Hands down the best I have ever had. They are very friendly and courteous. It’s my everyday ritual. I’ll keep going!
First time visiting and I was super impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the drip! I hope to visit again soon.
One of the best, if not the best, coffee shops in the bay. The coffee is wonderful, the ambiance is outstanding, and the staff are extremely friendly. The only downside to this place is that the coffee is expensive; however, it is 100% worth it. Voyager is my first coffee shop recommendation for any friend visiting the bay area.
A wonderfully polite and energetic staff! Delicious and unique coffee choices! And a lovely atmosphere to enjoy your drink! I was from out of town, but you could see the care given to all customers was even deeper with their regulars. It made me wish I was a regular!
It would be nice after spending $7 for a coffee and cookie there was a spot to sit down for 10 minutes to enjoy them.
Really friendly staff.seating indoors and out.iced vanilla latte was not bad (a little sweet) but overall refreshing on a hot day!
My experience for this place:
Pastries should be served warm and now they don’t do it anymore in the weekend.
5 star for the coffee
2 star for waiting times as up to 15-20 minutes several times
Signature drinks are nice and creative if you're looking for something sweet. Regular coffee is great too, nice vibes, would go back!
Got there at 06: 10, they close at 7.
Already turned of the oven, there were almost no options for food. We just left
Very disappointing
This was my first time trying out coffee from Voyager, happy to say I was not disappointed. We ordered destination drinks including Santiago, Bali and Manila. The purple in Manila was enticing for me. All the flavors were nuancely balanced, with that hit of espresso toward the end of the sip. Where else do you find combinations of cayenne, coconut, ube, mango or even bourbon in coffee? I'm guessing not many places. Great experience all in all.
Great pour over coffee with delicious pastries to pair.
[Update from this morning, 9/1/2021]
Something is definitely off today. Expensive Ethiopian pour over tasted worse than Starbucks. Like filter paper. Found out why when I got a mouth full of grinds (see photo). Avo toast was missing salt. Ordered a cookie but got home to find none. This place used to be great so maybe just a bad morning for the crew. Pretty bad experience, though, I must say.
Great vibes, awesome coffee. Definitely recommend buying a bag to brew at home. Only wish it were a little bigger, pretty hard to get a seat.
We like coffee shops outside of the classic franchises, so this is our favorite corner, we always feel welcome. They have many artisan coffees, in winter I have their extra hot Matcha and my husband the mocha. In these times of covid last year we could not sit inside but the situation is gradually changing and this week I was so happy seen few people inside, small changes. On more summer days we sit outside, there is an canopy with several tables. I love the Destinations Drinks: Bali Espresso with oat My choice - milk, coconut cream, cayenne pepper, honey or Tokio, Espresso, oat milk, house-made vanilla, cherry blossom water, brown sugar, both delicious. Lately I try Manila, a deliciously purple mix of ube, mango, brown sugar, vanilla, and coconut cream. This one is subtly sweet with lil bit of tartness and a lil bit of creaminess. My hubby - always hungry - order the Ricotta Pesto Toast: whole grain bread toasted with ricotta cheese, pesto, cherry tomatoes, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Su yummy.
