So far experience has been great. Starting with the weekly virtual brief and fairly easy to use fastpass online application process. Accommodated a courtesy inspection of vehicle and now just need to do the official turn in next.

I had a great experience with San Diego VPC. Everyone is accomodating and I was in and out in 45 mins. Smoothest turn in i've ever experience.

Everyone was friendly. After my car got dropped off it had flat tires and they went out of their way to find a compressor because the big one broke.

I am only speaking about turning-in vehicles. Disregard the negative reviews. Trust me, those are the people who didn’t follow the instructions and didn’t do their due diligence. Mine only took about 45 minutes, and I never had any issues; everything went smoothly. Remember to clean your car, especially the interior, and ensure the carpet is dry. Have all the required documents with you, and you should be good.

Thomas Cuellar is incredibly unprofessional. He refused to let my car proceed with shipment based solely on his own judgement and not the black and white provided. Every obstacle he created I entertained and completed even though they were unnecessary based off of black and white provided by every single company involved, including his. I tried my best to comply with his ridiculous stipulations and ultimately realized he was only doing this to run the clock and I would end up with no car overseas.

So.thank you so so much THOMAS CUELLAR for making an already incredibly stressful move even worse by leaving me without. I will never forget how horrible of a person you were to me.

Also, before anyone from this facility tries to come and contradict any claims made I have a plethora of emails between me and this man. I will make sure to exhaust all resources to broadcast the unprofessionalism of this place so that my company doesn't deal with them further to save future workers additional stress from dealing with people like you.

Very simple and streamlined process. Received an email that my vehicle was ready, and I made an appointment for 11a. I showed up a little early 1035, to be exact, and was on my way with my vehicle by 1115. No complaints. The entire process, from dropping the vehicle off in Germany to receiving it in San Diego, was seemless, even though I had a special circumstance where my vehicle couldn't be shipped to the US until four months after I was already PCS'd. They provided me with all of the information that I needed to have my classic car (1998 BMW) clear customs.

3rd time's a charm. This is my third VPC I've had to utilize and so far my favorite. People were friendly yet fair and stuck with the process.

Picked up my vehicle 2 hours earlier than my appointment time. Staff didn't seem to mind.

Great place to use if you are active military or government employee that is shipping your vehicle overseas. Staff is on time, prepared, and thorough. I would recommend uploading any necessary paperwork ahead of time.its not necessary but it makes things run smoothly. Great experience!

Do what the website, video and cleaning guide state, get your cars tank under 1/4 tank and you’ll be good. I got my car detailed at Romeo’s nearby and my car passed the inspection with flying colors! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes

Dropped off my car and was out within 20 mins. I turned in my all my documents online and highly recommend everyone do the same. This will make the whole process easier. Watch the video that is on pcsmypov as it will tell you what you can and cannot have in the car. Finally make sure your car is clean. It's best to just get it detailed a day or two before it's turned in. There are car washes nearby if a quick wash is needed.

A lot of the one star reviews are from people who didn't follow the simple instructions online. Do these simple things and it will be a fast turn in.

The employees were friendly, nice, and answered my questions.

Let me start by the fact that is very frustrating the way business with Service Members and in general with customers gets handle in this place. Unfortunately, it is the only option we have to ship-out and/or receive our vehicles during the already stressful PCSing process if we aren't willing to pay extra thousands of dollars out of pocket for other options. I shipped my car from Rota, Spain VPC, on 29
September 2022. They were very strict during the turn-in inspection with not only the perfect cleanliness, but also with the mechanical condition of the vehicle including but no limit to any dashboard lights. I have a 2020 MAZDA CX-30, with under 20K miles, the inspection at the VPC in Rota, besides minor scratches was perfect. At the vehicle arrival, I scheduled a pick-up appointment for the
16 December 2022 at 1500, we arrived earlier and one of the representatives from International Auto
Logistics (IAL) asked me for my ID then little later invited me to see and inspect the vehicle for pick-up, At this point it all went down. First of all the battery was dead, which, could be somehow be understandable due to the circumstances, but later, I noticed the ENGINE LIGHT on, and I proceed to ask questions. The representative called the Manager, and from this point from the very beginning he was very clear on saying that the company will not respond for "mechanical issues". I proceed to start recoding a video due to the many inconsistencies. I am formally requesting the Company to pay for the damages and inconveniencies, it is not fair with the customers and the Service members to receive a vehicle with damages, including mechanical damages due to the incompetent labor from the staff, in my opinion the car looks like somebody manipulated something or change any part under the hood, and this is making the check engine light to be on. It is very disappointing the way the manager fail the staff members fail to take any responsibility for the failures, instead, they insist on repeat multiple times
"there is nothing we can do", "we just receive cars in here, but we are not responsible for what happened before". The manager apparently filled out the appropriate claim form, straight lying on the statement saying that he "disagrees" with my complaints, when the evidence and the facts shows otherwise. Pictures were taking and videos as well to support this complaint. I hope that everything could be resolve and the company be held accountable for their failures that is costing thousands from the pockets of the Service members, the Government money, and as a whole the tax-payers who trust this entities to protect our rights. I ended up leaving the vehicle over there, since neither my wife nor I felt safe and comfortable driving it until the problem gets solved.

I went to pick up my car an hour early and the customer services went well. BUT my car stopped after an hour of driving. I replaced a brand new battery right before I dropped off my car a year ago. I picked up my car a year later and the battery is dead. Why? The team who took care of my car only drove a bit once in awhile to ensure my car is still running. They are not supppsed to check the oil or the battery. Still why is my new battery is dead after a year? Did they switch the battery? Honestly, I don't know what happened but I do apprecipate they took care of my car while i was deploying. If they didn't replace my battery and always turn on a car as they were supposed to, I would not need to spend $150 on getting a new car battery and check my car systems right after an hour I left the VPC San Diego. Honestly, I am upset. Now I am waiting in the NEX food court without knowing when my car will get fixed and I still have anothet 9 hours to drive back to San Francisco!

The customer services is awesome but I have questions about the integrity of the storeroom team that took care of my car.

I will not store my car here again.
