Worst customer service. They will lie about the eta on your order. Will recommend to order from a different wheels aftermarket support.

Been ordering new and used wheels here for better part of a decade and always happy with what I receive and how I’m treated. Nowhere better to order barrels and lips when custom building wheels. Even love the GMR Wheels I run on some of my cars. Thank you all for what you do.

I recently purchased a pair of lips from them and have nothing but good things to say. One of the lips arrived with a slight scratch on it, I contacted their customer service and Phil got back to me promptly and sent a new replacement right away. Will definitely use them again for my next wheel build.

4 Inner barrels and 4 outer lips were packed horribly. The edges of the polished lips are all scratched. The powdercoat on a couple inner barrels is scuffed too (luckily they are hidden when installed). Cheap box used and edges of lips/barrels were not protected. First time I bought from them. Extremely disappointed. It will cost me money to fix these issues. Not being able to call a business that you are giving $2,000 to is bizarre business model.

These guys have Really Great service and easy to deal with. The wheel lip that I ordered for my SSR Vienna courages-was top notch quality. International shipping from the USA to New Zealand was a breeze, Highly recommend!

Bought a 2 sets of candy red M8 hardware only received a third of the quantity i also contacted and asked for an exchange and they never got back to me or refunded horrible customer service and business i wouldn’t buy no hardware off them if i were you

I first used VR Wheels to buy a set of wheels back in 2010. First off, the wheels arrived very quickLu, fully protected and in excellent condition.fast forward to 2023 and I just bought a second set of wheels from VR. Brandon was quick to respond with questions that I had and even edited my order for free! It is great to see that this company still rocks even after 13 years. If you're looking for a good spot too but wheels then you need to go with VR!

Despite all the good reviews I have read for VRWheels, my wheels came in good condition, no damages. However the seals leak air not even 24 hours after mounting to car, not just one seal though, it has been checked and said that both wheels on the driver side is leaking air from the wheel, I purchased from VRWheels hoping I wouldn’t run into this issue right away, but it seems like it happened right away so I am not sure what to think, either to be mad, sad, or disappointed. The emailing too, it gets so slow, often times I have to re send the same email twice to get a response, it’s not fun to wait when you have urgent questions and on a time crunch. Would give more stars if customer service was better, and definitely more stars if my wheel seals weren’t already bad before tires even went on.

Edit: VRWheels do take some time to reply to emails, however they do provide you with accurate information, they aided me with my problems the best they could and didn’t take a long time to email me back, thank you VRWheels for taking good care of me. The 5 stars are the good advice you guys give through the email, even though I would prefer calling for certain problems and not having to wait a while, I would say they’re pretty good at emails, like I said before the wheels they built for me came in perfect condition, couldn’t have been more pleased with the way they packed it and shipped it over.

Got me the lips I needed in less than two weeks compared to the competitors in the market. Will stay loyal to VR after the great communication and customer service.

Phil was awesome my communication was all through email I sent the pics, he told me exactly what I needed, he got it powder coated for me and let me know when he sent it off. I ordered new barrels for my wheels hassle free! Couldn’t of had a better experience

Working with Phil via email has been a pleasure. He helped me with sizings and answered all of my questions.
Wouldn’t hesitate to go back to him for any other issues.

Phil has done a great job answering questions and providing good customer service. My built to spec GMR wheels arrived timely and look great. I will be ordering more sets from VR wheels.

There is no way to give this company 0 starts because thats all it deserves! I dont understand how they are still in buisness.they stole a set of wheels off of me and now im down 3000$ stay away a big do not buy

Ordered some inner barrels for my 3 piece wheels. Shipping times were great. Barrels fit my wheels perfectly. Would definitely recommend vr wheels if you're looking for 3 peice wheels or parts. Would love to do business again!

Ordered (2) lips for ccw wheels. When I placed the order I had chose the wrong size, I emailed them and they were able to change my order before it was processed. It took about 2.5 weeks for me to see them because they didn’t have any in stock. Quality is very good and is a 97% exact match of the stock ccw lip. Would recommend if you’re looking for ccw 30 bolt hole lips.

Giving them three stars until I receive a response on my order, I ordered two barrels from the website and it’s been three days I have not heard anything. I will give them some time to respond, let’s see how they do. If I don’t hear back by the end of this week I will cancel my order, and give them 1 star rating. Thanks!

Update, they eventually responded to me, and I understand they are a small shop and it gets busy and overwhelming. The responses were fair and I am much happier now. I will continue to provide updates until my wheels are finally in my possession. It has been about two weeks since the purchase. Patiently waiting. Updated to 4 stars. To VR - updates are helpful!

I ordered 4x bags of M8 hardware and they sent 3x bags of M8 and 1x bag of M7, they said they would replace but now they are ignoring me
