18Absolutely the worst customer service ever and the internet service in general is just horrible. Outages all the time and no time frame of when it will be back on and the prices are just insane, I strongly advise you not to use this service.
Once they bring the equipment. If you have a problem your on your own. Worst customer non service and installation bar none,
Great installation experience. The technician even spliced in a custom connection for us. GSPS as said. We were really well taken care of.
My internet has been out for a week. I called and it's going to take longer to get fixed. I pay for a service I don't get.

I was supposed to get internet service about two weeks ago but it never happened. I have paid for gig package. No one has contacted me for a install date, I have called and they didn’t help with any kind of time frame for install. Terrible customer service!
Lovee my service! Anytime I have an issue, Dillon is there to help. He’s always on top of it, so knowledgeable and willing to do anything to make sure my connection is the best it can be. We love Dillon and we love Vyve!
My tech was very kind and understanding. He arrived on time and gave me a courtesy call before his arrival. My internet installation was a quick and easy process. I would highly recommend upgrading your internet. I also hope my installation tech comes to your assistance because he is fantastic.
If you're into gaming this internet company is not for you. The servers they use are on the east coast so you will be lagging the whole time if you even want to play any online games the only good thing about it is the download speeds compared to everyone else in the area.
Dillon goes above and beyond to make sure everything is not only done correctly, but also cares to make it aesthetically pleasing and make sure it works best for us and our situation. He’s quick to offer ideas of how we can make the set up more efficient and it’s obvious he cares about what he’s doing
Update: after never receiving the speeds we were paying for and horrible customer service we cancelled our account. I needed to ship the modem back and called on 3 separate occasions for a shipping label - each time they said they emailed it.it did not arrive and yes, I checked spam. Now being charged $100 for a modem that was never worth $100 and which they charged me for every month of service. CALL ANYONE ELSE FOR INTERNET SERVICE
If I could give them a negative rating I would… I was given a window of 12 to 4. When I called and asked if they could narrow that down at 1, they said the appointment was really 1 to 5, And someone would be calling me shortly with an ETA. 4: 15, no phone call. I called again, and was put on hold for 40 minutes just to be told they didn't know when he would be here but that the appointment was not cancelled. It's 530, no phone call I'm leaving. This was for a rental house, I have been sitting in my car since noon
He came right on time, Super Friendly, and very Informative. He explained every detail to me and answered all of the questions I was curious about. Overall great service, 10/10

When my home looses power, Vyve internet goes out. That means during the winter I have no heat because my thermostat is hooked up to WiFi. I asked a person at Vyve why do I keep loosing internet coverage and her answer is because the modem is powered by electricity. I have a generator and it kicks on whenever there is a power outage. The service is fine as long as there is no power outage.
We are pleased to have received such prompt service and professionalism from the technician.
Since VYVE took over from Northland we've had more outages than we ever had with northland. Their answer is to send a tech and if it's our issue we will be charged. Lousy response to calls.
I can't give enough praise to Krystella at the Mt. Shasta office. She was so incredibly helpful and patient when explaining different plans, and was able to resolve some technical problems we had previously been experiencing. Our internet speed is Lghting Fast at what I consider to be a very competitive and reasonable price. Thank you so much!
The absolute worst customer service experience with any company in my entire life. This company does not care about people at all and should be avoided if there is any alternative.
