Their treatment of veterans and their lack of personal communication is ridiculous. Impossible to speak with anyone at any point. I rely on wifi calling in my area, if not I have to walk to the top of the hill to try and make a call. They didn't care, no person to talk with no response on chats. I would not call this a veteran friendly company. To their employees maybe, just customers.

I am very happy with our new service and just wanted to how professional and diligent Darrell was when he was installing our services.

Shout out to Darrell! He was amazing, upon arrival he introduced himself, Great customer service the whole time. He was able to complete two different work orders at the same visit rather than come back. He made sure to ask if I had any question and did not leave until all my questions are answered. Thank you Darrell. Very much appreciated.

Honestly I’m frustrated with this company. My same internet service cost has gone over the years from $35 to $85. There’s literally both different they’re adding to the service just pretending like it’s a limited resource. They completely have a monopoly on the internet service up here and if there was another option I would take it. The people in the local office seem nice enough, but they can only do so much.

Every time we have a certain issue with wi-fi service. VYVE broadband resolves it quickly, I’m happy with their service and would recommend it to anybody who’s looking to get this kind of service. It’s the best.

Our new installation was handled in a timely and professional manner. Roger answered all our questions and helped us set up the system on our phones. Our internet is working great!

I lose service often and they won’t fix it until the next day. Then my modem died on Friday and they didn’t have anyone to fix it until Monday. That has me in the stone ages for three days. No work from home. No TV, no internet for three days. Customer satisfaction isn’t high on their list. Also they have us trapped between them and Sierra Tel which makes you get a landline too. $80 a month for garbage service! What a shame!

The Worst interest, and the Worst service. Cant call them on weekends anymore cause they can't afford to stay open. Literally have a monopoly on cable internet here in my town. Wont allow residential fiber to be installed! Now after getting on the acp program they have raised my price back up higher than it was before the program. Also after 6 years, now charging me for unlimited internet with no agreement signed from me. I've had unlimited for 6 years why am I now paying 10 dollars a month without even the slighted notification.predatory company. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible services on the phone they sounds nice but don’t expect quality service. Definitely not recommending to friends and family.
