3I'm not quite sure what is going on at this establishment. But the condition of the room abysmal. I expected this to be up to the standard of a 4 star hotel but this location is in utter disarray. Then on top of the poor condition of the room after I cancelled and was offered a full refund, they somehow botched a simple transaction and charged the card that was place for incidentals. I will be reaching out to corporate. Avoid this place at all costs. It's giving motel vibes right now!
Decide to stay at W Hollywood because of the location so nearby many tourist attraction + near the airport.i wish i could stay longer here, the service is incredible.the bellboy they trully took their job in another level… i bring two huge suitcase + other bag but they handle it so easily.the room is huge, bathrooms is clean and beautiful.the bed so comfy.they also have complate mini bar.front desk are so helpful…. What really impress me: when i chek-in i was standing waiting on my friend because she went to restroom… then there is a lady offer me a wine testing and cheking on me if i want to seated somewhere, she was so friendly and sweet… she even help me to break my $100 bill.if i’m going to LA again, i would definitely staying here againn
Ok the rooms are really nice. Comfy bed and pillows. Convenient to Hollywood Blvd and Sunset. Short Uber or ride to anywhere of interest. Danny Trejo's Tacos are walking distance and the best we've ever had. As bright as the rooms are the hallways are very dark (just an observation). Lots of energy in this hotel. Valets are super friendly so tip well
EDIT: got the bill for parking. ONE night is $72.60 plus $29 destination fee, not including tip. Just be forewarned.
