I just started coming to Dr. Shields and I am blown away by his entire practice. He was very nice, thoroughly explained everything and even got me some contact trials. His office staff is also very nice, they always go above and beyond! Specially Ciara, she is always ready to answer my questions and made sure I maximized my VSP insurance. Highly recommend!

Dr.shields and his office staff are very unprofessional with the way they treat their clients. Dr.shields made snarky comments when I went in to get my wrong prescription fixed, which he tried fixing again with no success. The front desk lady was rude on the phone when I tried to explain my situation.
