17The cashier Andrea was very friendly. The steak was tender, and the veggies were crisp and flavorful.
Ordered steak bowl. They didn't have enough of steak meat so they added chicken. Which is fine. In a bowl of rice that was not warm. Lathered with sauce and you could not taste anything but the sauce. Poor service, lousy food.
Started coming here after the one on Haven got a B rating and Im usually happy with this location. Just ordered two chicken veggie bowls before closing and the food was horrible. Both my girls and wife spit out the chicken and the veggies stating the whole thing was bad tasting. I tried a bite and they were right. Seeming not fresh and even smelled funky.
Came here to order for take out. Couldn’t because of online only orders tonight. I’m fine with that and understand things happen. The customer service at this location is terrible and inconsistent! Communication goes a long way versus pointing at a sign and expecting customers to read your mind! I will not be doing business with this location again.
Every time I order takeout they forget an item and I have to drive back! Make sure you check your bag before you leave.
Horrible location. Food was extremely dry and the lady at the register was rude. She was mopping and serving me at the same time. Telling her was difficult because she doesn’t speak or understand any English.
Long wait and didn't care for my waba bowl I've had better experience at other locations.
This was my first time eating the food and it was gross, chicken was cold and hard like it had been out all day, the people who work there have no manners
Today my family enjoyed their meal. I got salmon and they got chicken. It was fresh, filling and delicious.
Lady at the register Giving people attitude for no good reason. I witnessed it with the guest in front of me. Then it was my turn. She gave my wife and I and attitude for no reason because she was out of vegetables. Then she rudely packed my food. I am a local business owner and if she gave my customers attitude like that I would fire her on the spot. I don’t know her name but she is the woman with the Indian accent.
The woman in the front did an excellent job. She made sure our order was correct. The food was well prepared and the vegetables were done well and not soggy.
Food is amazing but the service isn't. Payed a few bucks more for more chicken yet I do not see any difference. Do not ever add extra chicken in this location.
I don't think those employees are properly trained to cook, they are super slow with the orders and the meat taste bad. Customer service is awful and some of them don't understand English.
I like waba grill. But I’ll just order my pickups at the one on Milliken. I do not know why they are just not nice here. I can deal with okay service.but on top of it, when I try to order a phone order they will not start making my order until I get there. I understand you may have some losses.but I’m guessing the majority of people show up to pick up their orders. Or maybe don’t take phone orders. The purpose of a phone order is so it is ready when I arrive. I gave 4 stars because it’s a small business and I do not want to harm them. Food is fine.but please take this feedback. The lack of kindness and service makes me nervous to trust you with my food.
Facility was clean the girls were cleaning while I walked in which was nice to see you also they were attentive they took my order, The broccoli was not fresh the chicken tasted like the grill hadn’t been cleaned that charcoal taste I didn’t get very much rice in the bowl was not satisfied don’t think I’ll come back there again
What’s the point of curbside pickup if the phone line doesn’t even work?
Veggies were barely cooked and I’m not a fan of chewing hard broccoli. When the bowl is only veggies, it ruins the whole thing.
The meat you usually get at this location, usually has the nerves attached still to it. The kind thats real chewy and nearly unappetizing. If you do not finish the meat, you’ll certainly pay the price in the restroom. Could also be a result of not thoroughly cleaning cooking materials. Will not be returning to this location after having this happen to me, a second time in 2 days. Penny pinchers. I’d give one star, if it weren’t for the certain sweet ladies that were respectful and kind to me.they deserve all of the credit.
