WaBa Grill, West Covina CA

No toilet paper and no soap in bathroom. Lobby trashcan filled to the brim. I can’t imagine how dirty the kitchen is.

We got the salmon plate and I have never had a more dried out, over cooked and fishy flavored salmon in my life. I almost puked when I took a bite. Not eating it. Im seriously concerned that we could get sick off of this.

This is what you get from a $9 salmon side order and a $9 beef side order. Really foolish size. It is 100% worst restaurant here.

I just tried their food for the first time yesterday and it was good. Definitely will be a regular customer now.

Cashier wouldn't let me order without a mask? But 3 feet away from me there's family eating no masks. And I'm fully Vax

First off, they never answer the phone to place orders, and when they do, they hang up pretending they can’t hear. Damaris is very rude! She gets frustrated because her English is very limited. I asked for extra rice on all of our bowls and she blew me off. The customer next to me asked about the charge for extra veggies and blew him off saying “is that it? ”. Horrible service! This location is convenient for me, but will definitely not be coming back!

The service is bad but the food is good, Today I visited this place around 1: 30pm, we found a hair in the food and we talk with a girl that supposed be the manager and he laugher in front us for that, and after that changed the food, that no is the actitud for a professional manager with the clients. The personal need be respect with the clients.

This is the 2nd time in a row that this place has failed to give us our drinks which come with the $19.99 family meal we always order. Today was another one of those times and of course I am already almost home when I realized it. I didn’t want to go back so I just let it slide, however when I got home my husband asked me for the dumplings which are also included in the meal. I was so upset.my order was incomplete, I felt cheated! I decided to call them to let them know what had happened. A young lady answers the phone and immediately tells me to hold. She did not put me on hold, I was able to hear all the background noise. I was left waiting for someone to pick up the phone again to help me, I had waited for about 15 minutes and nothing! I could hear them talking and having conversations - clearly were not busy to assist a customer with a complaint! This is so unacceptable and unprofessional.

A bowl of rice with a few pieces of chicken and some sauce. Could have made rice and chicken at home for a few bucks. Never going back. Felt Ripped off.

Every time I walk into Waba Grill, I feel like I have walked into heaven. The food is delicious and magically delicious. The service is great and I couldn’t ask for a more fantastic experience. 5/5

What time do you open? It says 10: 30 on saturdays but it seems that the time might be to early for waba maybe they should open at 11 or 11: 30 that way you guys can open on time.
