Needed something quick and Gave me food poisoning ordered chicken waba bowl, dry chicken better to cook at your house then order here at this spot

Rice very hard and dumplings were extremely soggy, I regret giving this place a 3rd chance

Absolutely Disgusting establishment first walked in and hit by a WRETCHED SMELL
the food was even worse and the fountain drink dispenser was filthy won’t even waste my money here again I couldn’t even eat this stuff

Food is great and affordable. Simple ordering system, hard to mess up with such a small menu. Just needs to work on customer service.

Great place! The restaurant is clean, friendly customer service. Always on point! I think this is the reason why WaBa is my favorite restaurant!

I eat at WaBa more than 2 times a week and it's always a great meal.

WaBa Grill is so fufiling with all the healthy choices possible. My favorite is Chicken and Plant Based steak with Avocado

Whoever the girl that works there w red hair needs to go. Shes rude and no customer service skills what’s so ever. I ordered a simple steak, chicken veggie bowl, w green onions and avocado. Once I get my food and start eating I noticed it’s only chicken and missing green onions. No big deal. I walk back in, wait in line and let her take care of customers first. I then politely told her I order steak, chicken and veggie bowl. She said “NO! You ordered chicken” some customers looked. I said no, I ordered steak, chicken veggie bowl w green onions and avocado. She then gave me a dirty look and said. Well that’s going to be a $1 more! I said why even thought this was a simple mistake on your part? She rolled her eyes. Instead of making my order right, she just put steak on a separate cup and slide it on the counter with an attitude. I’m not to take my time and complain but damm if you hate your job that much why work there.

Tonight we ordered online, went to pick it up at 7: 08p.m. Walked in, the girl inside immediately said "we're closed" according to the website this location closes at 8p.m. But ok. After receiving our order and little more sass, drove home, opened it to only have meat rice and broccoli in both our meals, where's all the other veggies it usually comes with?
We tried the jalapeños &carrots, but man they tasted so bad threw em away. Meat was fatty.
Kinda bummed overall.
The rice was good.

I love this place the first time I did not now how to order the person at the counter explain the process and was very helpful. I love their chicken plates my kids enjoy them to. Salads are great a little different for my taste but I enjoy them. Have come back at the request of my kids. Of course I enjoy it to.

Our order was ready for pick up when we arrived, the dumplings were tasty, and portions were generous.

I had the worst experience ever at this location.
They have the worst customer service ever.
I asked them to remake my order because the chicken was very very chewy & hard & they had me waiting there until a manager was able to come to the restaurant.
I had to take the food with me because I couldn’t continue waiting anymore.
So sad that they rather lose a customer than to remake an order lol.
Of course I won’t be coming back here ever again.

The only reason i give a 2 star is because the food taste good but today i experienced the most rude cashier ever and her name is Monzerate G.she seems like she's having a bad day or she's just rude as hell.just her taking my order makes me feel unwelcomed.will never come back to this place again until she's gone.

Ordered online for curbside pickup and called when I arrived to check in. I was told the food wasn't ready even though it was several minutes beyond the pickup time on the receipt. They asked me to wait and said that they would bring out the food when it was ready and after waiting twenty more minutes I went inside to find out that the food was already made and getting cold but they neglected to bother bringing it out. I dont mind going inside to pick up but they shouldn't offer curbside if they don't provide it. Staff was unapologetic and rude when I asked about my order.

Chicken is always dry. Atmosphere is not welcoming and restroom is always out of order. Visited this location several times hoping to have a better experience. Never see a manager and wonder if there is one at all. Won't be returning to this location any more.
