Careful with this place they like to cleanup early so they can leave when the store closes and when you try to order they give you the "we ran out of all food" excuse

Waited 10 min at the speaker just to finally get a rude person to take my order. And to top it off she kept asking "what did u say". It was a joke lol. Then I got to the window. Waited an additional 15 until she charged me. When she gave me my food, it was missing a couple items. I looked at my receipt and she didn't charge me but I told her she didn't get this and she was like "yea it's cuz I didn't hear you" like okkaayyy haha.

Rude staff, terrible service, never has all protein options. Has progressively gotten worst since it first opened. I suggest you go to Flame Broiler or Yoshinoya instead. Save both your time and money.

Awesome! I love ️ WaBa Grill. They are very consistent with their food and service. What I like about this location is the drive-through.

Cabbage tasted odd. Like it’s been sitting out for long. I had huge pieces of the the beef. Not chopped out. Overall dissatisfied. Save yourself the time and money.

I ordered through DoorDash and my food was undercooked. The chicken was raw, my family and I got food poisoning. Will never order from this location again.

The worst service ever. And they always mess up the order. I just picked up a family meal with an additional 10 dumplings.get home and there's no additional 10 dumplings. But they charged me. I tried calling and of course.no answer. They always do this. I still give the business a chance but they never get it right. First they can't do my full order.then they have no cabbage for the veggies and now the dumpling.and to top it off no chili sauce when they ask me what I wanted. I'm so done with them. You guys are the worst. Don't waste your money!

This is the 3rd time in a row I order a chicken bowl with avocado and the 3rd time in a row with no avocado what the hell is going on charging me for avocado when I don’t get any? Train the cooks to read the receipt right I usually don’t complain but come on waba you are better than this!

Literally incompetent employees. Make sure to always check the bag they give you before leaving both the drive thru and carryout. They never fail to get my orders wrong no matter how many chances I give this location.

Really bad customer service. Kept me waiting good 10 minutes to take my order through drive thru. NO CARS in front. Then waiting another 15 minutes for the food. Never again going back to this place.

The meat was tough and the rice was very dry, no real flavor to the meal. I won't go back to this one store, service was slow.

This place always takes forever to give you your food. I've been to other WaBa Grills and they give you your food right away, this place always takes forever from 10-15 mins for a simple order to one time almost 25 mins! The only reason I still come to this place is because it is the closest and most convenient and the food is good, but the service needs to be improved!

Very well organised and welcoming restaurant. They offer generous meals and for inexpensive rates. I loved the menu a lot and the staff were very friendly and informative. Highly recommended.

Great food, clean place, but best of all the service. My cashier was Grabriela, she was super NICE, great attitude and welcoming smile. She answer all my questions with great confidence. She was very knowledgeable. Will definitely come back. I highly recommended this restaurant.

Love Waba grill, always good food but the service at this location is horrible. They take longer than any other Waba grill, take long to give your food, and when they ask if you want sauces they STILL don’t give the sauces! We ordered dumplings (which come with their one sauce) didn’t receive it. Order a spicy chicken salad (which of course comes with dressing). And ABSOLUTELY NO DRESSING in our bag. Whenever Yessenia is working the window it’s nothing but problems more than once. She is completely lost and needs to be retrained if she ever was at all.

Food is really expensive, but is worth the price. Honestly if you want to eat healthy this restaurant is the best near el monte. I like the brown rice makes you full and with energy. Salmon is also nutririous and tasty. Honestly I will like more restaurant like this Instead of junk McDonald's that is giving junk food with a lot of sugar and gluten. I also will like a more accessible price for people that can't afford this restaurants because people eat junk food because is cheaper.

Food is good but this El Monte location the drive thru people are always so pushy. If someone's at the speaker you should teach your employees to say "Order whenever you're ready" and not have an attitude of "hurry up and buy"

VERY FRESH FOOD FOR A FAST FOOD PLACE.   this place is a bit pricey for fast food, but it is very worth it because they cook everything fresh and it is a good meal for dinner or lunch after work or a workout.i would recommend the WABA plate because it is the main dish in their store, and it is delicious and not nasty like other fast food.i like to add wasabi because the spic makes my mouth want more. Their service here is very accommodating because they treat you really kindly so i would recommend coming to this store because it is really good and the employees are nice.
