Service sucks! Owner to cheap to run the AC for customers, not handicap friendly at all! Never return here strongly suggest avoid! Flies inside store Pan handlers outside.this review is from the summer of 2022

The brown rice literally smelled like it was steamed with piss water. I don't normally go out of my way to write a bad review unless I feel it is necessary.

To the owner, please look into this as I scrolled through the reviews I saw that I wasn't the only person to complain about this.

The served us rancid brown rice. It smelled like moldy floor water. I'm disgusted. Waba grill this is deplorable

Food is always good, but service is horrible. Everytime i mKe a mobile order it is never ready. I even give them an extra 10 minutes on top of what app says before showing up and it hasn’t even been started yet. I end up sitting there for another 10-20 mins. Anytime i order dumplings they also are never ready. Always have to be made when i get there.

Worst service ever. Lazy and unfriendly workers with attitude. Came here twice and both times were terrible. Never again. First time staff of young boys leaning and sitting on the counter playing with their cell phones took 10 minutes to make a bowl. 2nd time they ran out of chicken and said wait 15 minutes. I tried to give the so called manager a constructive suggestion and he just ignored it, meanwhile the young high school girl cashier took everything so personally and decided to make a smart mouth comment to me when it was none of her business. The whole crew needs to be replaced and be consistent with other locations who are always friendly, understanding, and helpful.

Second time I have been here when they had no veggies or avocado. Still tried to charge me full price for a steak bowl.

Seriously this place is a Joke! I went in there and asked for Two WABA bowls plain chicken. Get home and it’s smothered in teriyaki. Called them and they said well we have you down for two chicken bowls. I said well what can you do cause I can’t eat TERIYAKI & she had the nerve to tell me you can come down and reorder. No wonder why these people work at a food chain. So ridiculous can’t take a simple order.

We dropped by just before 8pm. Our writers group had just ended and we were hungry.

We ended up getting 3 bowls. They were out of the veggie steak and out of tofu. Our only options happened to be $9 bowls of rice and steamed veggies. One of us did get shrimp but she wasn't impressed by it either.

Yeah we came in 30 minutes before closing but we expected better. I could buy a frozen bag of veggies for $9 and make 10 meals with similar content.

Definitely not worth coming here for such expensive small portions. Unfortunately we will have to find a new spot for our after writing sessions.

Had grilled Tofu bowl w/ brown rice, carrots, cabbage & avocado, w/waba & sriracha sauce.

They give you exactly what you request, you can see the cleanliness of the restaurant, the food is fresh an you can also see them making your food. They great you with a smile all the while making sure you get your order correct. I love the price while it take great.

This place has really good food especially their sauce it gives it more flavor. Most of the time it isn’t busy well the times I’ve went there, but anyways they are pretty fast at making the food. Oh and the dumplings are really tasty just wish they were a little crispier.

The chicken this time around was awful. It taste as if it was plastic and not well cooked. The brown rice was cold and the slice of orange you get in the plate was past due! ¡! ¡ I loved this place because of the new sweet and sour chicken. No other Waba Grill has it and the other times i would go i had no complains just this time around! ¡! ¡ Please keep up the good work you had dnt rush into things.

I visited the location for lunch today. I ordered a WaBa plate with extra meat which cost about half of the plate. I asked for a couple of sauces and the young lady said it was in the bag. Upon arriving home I found one sauce which was ridiculous. I had paid for a meal and double meat and barely received one sauce! Really what is a meal without sufficient sauces/condiments?

Condiments are now a charge. Before 1 packet of hot sauce was free. Now its not.
I understand lots of Condiments would be q charge. But my 1 packet is now a charge. Not to mention chicken with fat trimmings and cartilage.

It was the worst place ever been to I ask for well done chicken they burn it it says rib-eye that’s just any nasty beef they cut all the meats with the same knife the beef taste like salmon never ever again.how people say it’s great plus the manager is so rude there all in there phones texting not how a real business should be running.

Food was good, customer service was good. It would be nice to get the Waba Sauce on the side instead of drenching it in the bowl. Also, some utensils and some napkins in the bag would help out alot! Other than that it was good.

The food is great an prepared well. Also you see how they care about the food being fresh an clean. The prices are good also.
