10Rice is not fully cooked, and the plate looks more empty than bowl. Service is slow. Idk I'll just go to the other waba now.
Something is terribly wrong here…I just came into this Waba G location and it smells like sewage. This is the second time I have smelled this offensive odor here. I cannot recommend that anyone eat at a place that allows this horrible odor to continue without having whatever the problem is fixed. If they let this problem slide, what else will they let slide with our food? Just saying…
Ordered chicken veggie bowl white meat. Wasn’t even 4 oz of chicken and the most dry chicken I’ve tasted from any restaurant. Never again. Back to flame broiler.
I walked in this morning and walked right out. If you mop the floors with moldy water I don’t want to know how you clean everything else. Train your employees
I couldnt find this location on yelp, i didnt get his name, but the feminine guy just ignored me when i was standing there, didn’t acknowledge me, then decided to take my order. Then he gave me the wrong order, and told me something like it was my fault, i will not go back there.
I love their food but this is the second and last time I will order from them. I have ordered online for curbside pick up. Each time I have called and gone to voicemail immediately. I know they aren't busy because I am right in front of the door. I finally went in and showed my email confirmation and was handed my cold food. I asked if their phone was working. She said yes. I called the number that is given to let them know you are there for curbside. She listened and said she was sorry and the manager wasn't there. Like I said, good food but unexplainable service.
The rice is always not cooked all the way. And they take for ever to give u the order. The employees just talk to each other and do not work on the orders.
The chicken is OK but the beef not so good. Well I guess what do really expect from WaBa Grill!?
The menu and service were ahead of my expectations. We absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere of this restaurant. Amazing place to take the family out for dinner.
