WaBa Grill, Upland CA

You guys are overcooking your chicken, steak and rice. Please stop doing that.so dry and flavorless. Not the Waba appeal I remember. In fact, I have no reason to order again.

I don’t know why I gave this place another try today they forgot to add green onions to the bowls just incase i ask for some on the side.they give me only a little bit as if they were scared to run out but I didn’t ask for more since I thought the bowls had some already, and bowls were cold which was the worst part of it.

Cold Waba, yum yum yum.

Staff is at best inept. Ordered food for pickup tonight for pickup. I arrived at the store, called for curbside pickup, and was informed that my order was delivery, not pickup, and the food was not in the store. Drove to my house to find no food. Called the store and another employee told me food was sitting on the counter waiting for pickup. Drove back to the store, asked why I was told the food was out for delivery when I called earlier earlier. Different staff told me I was mistaken, that I was told the food was inside, and I should have come inside after I was told it was not there. SERIOUSLY!

Inept at best, more likely liars. One star for cold greasy slimey Waba for dinner tonight.

Unfortunately the Upland Waba restaurant in my view needs supervision and help. We have been going to Waba grills since their opening. Our order was wrong, not following request such as wrong rice, not putting sauces on the side, no salad dressing, no soy sauce etc. Also staff need patience, seem overwhelmed? We won't return to Upland. Waba, Will go to Ontario Waba. Is there an attitude higher up in this location since we have had better service in other Waba locations for years!

Be careful to check your orders when picking from Online placement. The female server handed out someone else order (tied up in a bag) on 12/19/2020 @ around 6: 00 pm then lied when we called back. Saying that the wrong order was grabbed. It was not grabbed. It was handed out by her tied up in a bag. Why lie instead of admitting to a simple mistake?

Great food, great service. I placed a large order and it was prepared accurately in a reasonable amount of time. Keep up the good work!

I LOVE THIS LOCATION I’ve been going here at least 1-2 times a week for the past couple weeks and I am greeted BY NAME! AMAZING service is great as well as the cleanliness and speed. RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 100%

WaBa Grill is a nice and healthy place to eat. This restaurant does a good job in getting you in and out fast. I would definitely give WaBa Grill a shot and try it.
