WaBa Grill, Ontario CA

On two occasions, I walked in and the male cashier/cook, wearing his hat backwards, made an out loud sigh upon my entrance as he was sitting in the dining area on his cell phone and I burdened him to do his job I guess. So, I tried to be kind as maybe he was having personal issues, but he was very rude. He rushed me, interrupted me and still got my order incorrect. When I got to my car and opened the lid of the bowl, I realized it was incorrect as I'm vegetarian and it was chicken so I walked back in and informed that same worker and he demanded I give him the bowl back. I told him I had already opened it so I'll give it to my family. With COVID going on, I was afraid he'd resell it. He made my new bowl with attitude and I kept my eye on him as he kept looking at me while making my food. Never going back. Also, it's a mess in there.

The guy taking my order was rude no hi or thank you also did not wash his hands when putting my order together

I celebrated my PhD today in this great restaurant. Well we had a wonderful evening and the restaurant was absolutely the reason for the strong evening. The team helped in a lovely manner, the meals were yummy and my guests were extremely pleased. We shall surely come back again for more events.thanks very much.

I don't think they deserve 1 star! Was in last night about 5: 50pm trying to grab a quick dinner. I stood waiting at the counter for about 5-7minutes with no greeting or even acknowledgment that I exhisisted. I understand times get busy even though there was only 1 other person waiting but at least be professionals and acknowledge you have a customer. There was 3 workers and not one said anything as they were right in front of me. I won't ever come back and this was rude on their part. I walked out with no food and still no one made an effort to apologize. I'm telling everyone this place has awful customer service and not very clean dining area. Don't eat here!

Service was awful!
Waited about 8 minutes before the cashier even looked in our direction. The dining area was a complete mess. Food and trash everywhere! Worse of all I tried taking the “waba grill” survey and the website was not working! Most definitely will not come here again!

Love this place the food is always spot on and the service is always fast and friendly. The staff here are awesome

Mean tattooed lady running the cash register. Rolling her eyes to the back of her head. I hope someday she finds her brain back there. The food was very good but I don't return to places where I'm not treated respectfully. There are many other choices where I can spend my money.

This waba is the worst I've ever been to. Staff is extremely rude. Place is always dirty. They stand on the grills and clean above the grills while cooking your food. This is not my 1st bad experience here. It doesn't even deserve a star. I leave this place angry everytime I get stuck going here for my family. Otherwise, i would never go here at all.

Healthy, but bland w/o the do-it-yourself sauces that are either spicy variations, teriyaki, or BBQ. If you're not into a lot of spice, it would probably be better to choose to eat elsewhere.

Big fan of the #3. Always good food and clean. I give it 4 of 5 because it's missing that special touch with guest interaction. Tonight's meals was bomb only problem was part of my $1.50 Avacado was unripe.

All the employees were rude, the clerk rushed me and the store was very dirty. Trash on the ground and sauce spilled on the counters with hair! The pictures were taken after an employee "cleaned up" the area.

I tried it for the first time and loved it. Great flavorful good and fast service. Could have had a smile from one of the employees and that would have gotten 5's

I enjoyed this place. I was craving a beef bowl from another famous chain but, on a friend's recommendation, went here instead. The beef bowl was tasty, and there was a freshness to it that the other place just doesn't have. It's the difference between a smaller regional chain and a multinational mega-chain. It's also suitable for vegetarians and vegans. They only offer tofu at some stores, but the vegetables are fresh and tasty enough on their own to be satisfying.

So glad they finally put one here on Mountain Ave. Ontario CA.prices are right and the employees have been friendly. We need more affordable healthier fast foods.

I love wabba grill I always buy it but this is the absolute worst wabba grill I have been to, the employees were very rude and arguing amongst echother, and wabba grill always has a full bowl, but at this location they are very stingy with both the chiken and the rice, I would not recommend this wabba grill location. The staff was also very slow.

Got my order wrong. Twice. Got sick even though I made my food allergies very clear. They had no consideration for it at all.

If I could give a negative five star this would be the time went in for the 2 for 10 waited almost 20 minutes for my order not only to be wrong but in order to rush me out of there they gave me uncooked chicken if I get sick they will be seeing me once again. They need to work on getting orders out and correct instead of gossiping in the back.

Clean, fast and stocked up on waba sauce and hot sauce. This place has correct bathroom accommodations for gender neutral guests. I had a all around good experience. There was a small language barrier with the cashier but tht was the only minor discrepancy.good place
