WaBa Grill, Riverside CA

Worst costomer service ever will defenetly NEVER come back here. I don't know what was worse the food or the bad costomer service. Do to recommend this location!

Bought some chicken bowls and a salmon one for me, the salmon was luke warm, mushy and tasted bad.

Avoid this location at all costs. Customer satisfaction is not prioritized, nor is cleanliness or food taste/portioning (it all changes every time). The rice is hardly ever washed, the steak is always stuck together and over cooked with a different level of flavor every time- also contains black charred flakes (clean the grill more often) we know what that is-the steak portion also changes from kids size to small kids size even if you order a regular bowl, give the same amount of meat EVERY TIME, people pay hard earned money for what's advertised not for the inconsistent fluctuations the cheap business owners try to slyly pass off as a "healthy food choice". These Waba portions are not consistent with other Waba Grills. The salad is soggy and rotting at least 6/10 times I eat here, which is extremely disappointing because the salad dressing is so tasty. Sometimes I get a full orange, sometimes I get a half. Sometimes the dumplings are perfect, sometimes they are the worst part of my meal. Sometimes I just plain get the wrong order, I have no idea on earth how when there's 3 other customers in the store. I am fed up with contributing to this location and you should reconsider spending money here. The blue shirt Managers are also the worst possible canidates for the job, they lack attention to detail probably because they are working so much they just don't care anymore. Also very rude and tempermental. Always arguing/bickering amongst themselves. It's rare when it looks like every one is getting along and not stressing. This place just opens and closes for the dollar, not the customer. Doesn't matter what happens in between.

I would drive all the way from Highland, because it WAS one of the best waba restaurant! Just went a week ago and I'm not sure if they changed owner, but this time it was horrible! I got 7 #1 chicken plates, and they were literally almost empty! No chicken at all, very little rice and no sauce on the chicken! Never going back!

Piss poor attitudes. This is doesn’t participate in any of the promotions that goes on at any other waba grill. That lets you know that greed of this place. So expect to get cheated out your meat and high prices. Two thumps down!

My coworkers and I love this place! Food is excellent and superb service! We have a name for it. Wabab Wednesday!

Off the bat good working A/C, was very hot outside but as soon as i walked in bam! Hit with that nice A/C. Food was delicious that pickled carrot, cabbage, ginger and jalapeno is amazing very refreshing. The food quality is high sauce well balanced not to tangy not to sweet just right. 5 stars for me

Good food! It is fresh made to order. Plus its pretty good for you! The place has decent seating. If you are looking for burger or sandwich alternatives try WABA GRILL!

The food is healthy and reasonably priced. I like the rice bowls. You can chose from chicken, steak, and WaBa (chicken and steak). They have other combination platters as well. Nancy at the counter always greets you with a smile.

They took the short ribs off of their menu. That was the only thing I ordered there. No reason for me to go there anymore.

I walked in to be greeted and walked out with my order quicker than some of the other folks, that was my first experience. So i would go back

Just ordered 2 chicken veggie bowls to go for my children. When I opened them I found a crispy fly. When I went to return the food for refund the male manager accused me of putting the fly in my own food and didn't want to refund me for the returned food. I couldn't believe the audacity. Never again

Went in there, ordered my food and was asking for more sauce but the employee refused to give me some. They said his name was Tom. On the other hand I asked another employee by the name of Elizabeth and she gladly gave me my sauce! Very nice employee

Always nice service clean, the best wabba grill in Riverside! I live all the way to Perris, and this one is my favorite one!

Went to eat 5/9/17 and my girlfriend had a piece of hair in her food. As I made a complaint a female employee tried to say it was from the ginger and then she stated it was the cabbage. The situation was poorly handled and not even, an I'm sorry we received. I will take my business elsewhere!

You can order by telephone, they prepare your order pretty quick. White meet, tofu, fish or chicken are on their menu. Always clean!

The day I say they where opening a Waba by my house I was stoked. I love Waba grill I could finally enjoy it when ever instead of driving a while. The quality of service is great with friendly staff that prepare bowls promptly after ordering, sometimes I'll still be filling my drink when my order is ready.
