WaBa Grill, Carson CA

I ordered a waba veggie bowl and simply asked the young girl Karla to put the veggies on the side and she told me that she can't do that she said I have pay for a whole rice bowl and a side of veggies which is $2 more. When I finally convinced her to just put the veggies on the side she told me that she was only gonna give me half the amount of rice and when I got it, it was less than half. I ate the whole bowl and was still hungry and I paid $10 for it. Never had this problem at any other Waba grill. The manager is usually mean here too. Worst waba grill

Surely a spot worth stopping over, the food is excellent and fresh, the pricing is convenient and it is regularly well kept in here. Keep up the good work.

I been here before and this is my 2nd time, I get home and see they charged me for drinks I never recieved. Smh this is so wrong. My trust for food places is getting low, I should of checked the receipt though I was rushing to get my kids stuff.

The food is always well prepared and delightful, workers hands out fantastic service. I like how neat it is and character. Will come visit again.

I was DISAPPOINTED of my order, I've order a steak plate and another plate for half chicken and half steak and plus the girl offer if i wanted to get extra meat for almost $5 on top of the regular price and i did accept but when I open the plate with the extra meat it looked the same as the other one that i didnt upgrade i was mad for the company ripping off customers like this so I think that's just a rip-off it's not worth the amount of money, I paid over $30 dollars for both plates is my last time buying to this franchise on top of this they lack of condiments. NOT WORTH IT

The menu and service were ahead of our expectations. We really liked the ambience of this spot. Amazing place to take the family out for dinner.

Amazing food. Rude cashier because she over charged me and I caught it. Brought it up to her attention and she got frustrated with me. I ordered white rice and received brown rice. If she wasn’t so angry maybe she would’ve got my order right.

Good and Healthy food that's the best option to eat a healthy and delicious food in the same plate!

Just walk in and order at the cashier and your food will be out FAST. Customer service is great and the place is very clean due to the fact that it’s new and taken care of.

Over priced teriyaki that's ok to say the least. Better than yoshinoya but not as good as flame broiler.

I live in Orange County and have been to waba grills all over. This one was the best one I’ve been to yet, it was big and spacious, clean, and most importantly they didn’t try to rush my food out. A lot of times my meat is undercooked as they bring it out in a literal minute, this place cooked it through all the way.

It's a clean well maintained place. Service was fast and it's freeway access off the 110 fwy. There's a few other good places to eat in the plaza. The area Seems safe at night. The food is good
