WaBa Grill, San Bernardino CA

Food is good but very slow to come out, at this specific location. If you are new to the area, you would think it was a closed business. Not enough time spent on the property renovation or the "curb appeal, " before opening for business.

Good place to eat. Lunch time can be a little busy in the drive thru just make sure you have some time to wait.

So far this is the most saddest waba grill i experienced in the I. E.they dont carry extra waba sauce and i always have to drive back since they always forget to put something.

Horrible service workers in there do not wear facemask They will have you waiting while your food is already ready taking other peoples orders

There was only one car in front of me at the drive thru and they took about 10 ton15 to had us out food.

This place is horrible there drive thru sucks. I was literally there for 20 mns they are not considerate of peoples time.

I placed my order "for here" to eat in the restaurant, after about 15 mins I went up the register to ask if my order was ready and then that is when I had the manager ask the cook about my order. In the end they made it, "to go". Thankfully they did though because they had taken so long by the time I got my food I had to go.

The biggest Waba Grill Ever. What used to be a burger king has now been transformed into a elegant dinning experience. Lol No but really go check it out.

This location will be shutting down soon. Calling it now. It’s run by a bunch of immature girls, no managers unless it’s one of the ladies. Came to sit and eat and enjoy lunch but was ruined by the chola music they are blasting. This will be my last attempt at this location, as previously they didn’t have brown rice as they today do not have steak.

Chicken bowl isn't like it used to be. Chicken is smaller not meaty enough like when it first opened up. They need to come down on the price.

This place seems to be really stingy in chicken when i get the 4 chicken bowls for $20. I had 2 bowls with like 7 pieces of chicken while the 2 other bowls had slightly more chicken. The rice was overcooked though. I can deal with slightly burnt meat but i cannot stand overcooked rice.

Service was quick, food was good and the young lady at drive thru window, was polite, friendly and gave enough of everything we needed

Service was wonderful. Our salads did not have all of what the online menu shows. It was only the meat, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. Menu picture online shows that it should also have carrots, edemame, and won ton crisps, and onions. A little disappointed about not having all ingrediants in my salad.

They "SHOULD" put the apples "BACK" on their salads. That was a "GREAT" touch to the salad

Rude cashier, drive through took 15 minutes. I had the wabash bowl and it was all rice with one handful of meat. The steak was burned, and I didnt get any sauce. Never did get my money back. DO NOT RECOMMEND

They had these little black bug that was hitting me. While I was running inside with my family. Hard to enjoy food while getting bit.

I had a spicy pork bowl that was very good but my wife said her teriyaki steak bowl was a bit too salty

This location looks great, super cool, and has lots of space. The manager is a fantastic guy as well. I over heard him part for a client's lunch when she realized she didn't have her wallet. Definitely check out this location!

The food is pretty good, but I hate the service, the service such, the woman cashier is very angry and fool

The food as always was exceptional the only problem I had was there being a tiny bit too much salt on the steak I prefer to add my own salt but the customer service was amazing and even though I might not return to this Waba Grill because of the Kooks making the steak so salty I will be back to a Waba Grill
