Great place to bring the kids and let them run around and play! I didn’t give 5 stars because the bathroom wasn’t very clean, the changing table was gross and a few locks on the stalls were broken. The snack bar was fine but could definitely use some improvements, overall great experience!

My family and I will never patronize this business ever again. My shoes were taken and I had to drive home in my socks. Someone mistook my shoes for their own. It would have been very easy to go through 2 hours of camera footage and see who took them but there was no manager on duty and no one else had access to the camera feeds. The next day someone called and I was told the camera wasnt able to view entire cubby area. No compensation of any sort was offered except that I could take the other shoes that were left over night and arent even my size.

Not a pleasant place.
Customer service is rude and not nice.
Floors are really dirty.
Popcorn every where.

Place is good and fun for kids, but food is expensive and disgusting. They practically gave us microwaved food, only that it was worst. Just don't buy food from here.

Fun place to take your little's Make sure at least one Parent can walk around with them because the kids are ruthless and push each other Throw things at each other. Definitely much better of a place to rent the entire area.

Everything is good and new things I think, but the food got better I like it the gorgeous girl make it better, and my kids like the food and to play in here Thank you

This is a nice place overall, but beware of your little ones being stepped on/slammed into! Parents there don’t watch their kids at all and lets them run loose in there. Management isn’t the greatest either. I had a horrible experience today and They wouldnt compensate or try to fix the problem. Just brushed me off. Best to go when it’s not busy!

The place doesn't have the AC running, it's insanely hot and dangerous for everybody, employees, parents and kids, management or owners should put special care in this kind of situations, the place is packed and I heard at least 5 kids complaining about the heat and covered in sweat, thumbs down for the service.

Didn't get to try place out left as soon as they said one of us had be inside with them kids were 5 and 8 the whole point is two let kids burn off energy while the old people relax

Went here for a birthday party. The kids seem to have fun. They had cordoned off two areas for the birthday party. They had also given a room and had it decorated upfront. The girl who was working there was helpful in cutting the cake and distributing it.

I didn't care for the food. It was not that great. They can put some more effort for the party orders. The sandwiches didn't have any condiments on it and was just bread with some plain blanched veggies. Would have liked it to be more palatable.

But other than the food I think the kids might have fun here

We have been going here for almost 6 years. Its just run down. The equipment is dirty. All balls have bites in them. Its too expensive.

We paid $80 for three kids and three adults. That's right! They are charging adults $15 each to sit in the cafe area! RIP OFF. Also the food is gross now too.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The play structures are worn and safety is questionable. I can’t imagine they clean anything including the bathrooms, everything was dirty and gross. It was hot inside and everything had a slight stick to it.

It is big inside. My kids love this place very much. There were 3 different play zones. Jungle play, ocean play one more. I pay 30$ for 2 kids.

Really well managed. Went to a Birthday here very impressed with how the staff has it setup and fallow threw and just a really nice experience. This is a must for having a really nice Birthday party and have the staff help with the stress. Pizza was great staff was even better

We where so excited to take the kids to this location. Unfortunately the employee working that day was sarcastic and rude. Not friendly at all. Did not welcome us the attitude this person had was unacceptable. We had 3 children and 3 adult he did not allow my brother to pay for me and my child when my card didn't work. He mentioned he had to pay like a party pack if he used his card again to pay for me. Also questioned if the kids where all his? And if they where he needed to pay extra. Simply ridiculous. They really need to hire people with great customer service that will bring a welcoming and joyful experience to the families that come in. He also kept checking to make sure we where with the kid we payed for. It was a sad and upsetting experience. Also the entire place was dusty and dirty, bathroom was with no paper towels and baby changing station is terrible.

Went here for a birthday party and thought it was nice that the private parties get their own two play areas to play in and rotate between. With a small toddler I was afraid she would get run over by older more energetic kids but that was not the case.

Private party room for cake and pizza was just eh. Maybe it was the timeline of our party that limited the amount of time in the room but it wasn’t anything to write about.

I don’t know if I would come here to play in the general public play area since there were a lot of kids running around and it was a bit of sensory overload for us.

Overall had a good time
