Sooo grateful for the care I've received from Dr. Scott. I was searching for a chiropractor for about 6 months. When I went into meet with dr. Scott- I was greeted by Dr. Jennifer and Koa their adorable dog! Dr. Scott was so helpful in mapping out a plan for me. He evaluated my spine and detailed out the plan of what it would take to get me pain free. I was so impressed with the level of technology used and the time he took with me each time. After a few weeks of care, my pain was gone! I love the way they take the time and create a plan vs.just adjusting you and send you on your way. I can't thank Dr. Scott enough. I'm now able to exercise again and do the fun things I use to do! Highly recommend Waddell Wellness!

I was cautiously optimistic as I entered Waddell Wellness & Performance. I have a had a lifetime history of migraines and a 2-year history of sharp heel pain. I have tried various chiropractors, completed a full series of acupuncture treatments and I’ve been on migraine medication for 40 years. “Dr. Scott” did an initial evaluation using their state-of-the-art technology. After a few months of thorough treatment, I have not had to use any migraine medication and the heel pain is gone. The range of motion in my neck has also improved. This office offers friendly and efficient service from both Dr. ’s Jennifer and Scott Waddell. More importantly to me, after several months of treatment, I was re-examined using the same scans and technology. The results of the progress were shared with me and explained to me. There is no disputing the fact that this style of chiropractic wellness program has worked for me. This is an individualized wellness program that is designed to work with their advanced knowledge and expertise.

In a word, TRANSFORMATIVE! I had struggled with chronic, 24/7 neck and shoulder pain (resulting from a fall off a bed at 6 months old) for over 50 years, and NOTHING I tried - massage, acupuncture, physical therapy, surgery, or half a dozen other chiropractors - could relieve the pain in any sort of lasting way. I found Drs. Scott and Jenn Waddell after moving to SoCal, and their careful, knowledgeable ministrations have been a total game-changer for me: I started treatment with them three months ago, and I have been almost 100% pain-free since the first adjustment (I say “almost” because it takes some time to chip away at a nerve and energetic pattern that’s over half a century old, so in the first couple months of treatment, I did find that the adjustments wouldn’t always “hold” in between visits, but that was understandable).

I think the thing that really sets Waddell Wellness apart from the other chiropractors I’ve seen (in other cities) is that they take a more “big-picture, ” long-term approach to healing. They don’t just crack your spine in a few places and send you out the door; they take a very systematic, step-by-step approach to correcting misalignments and subluxations gradually, in ways that help retrain the body toward a “new normal. ” The only downside of this approach is that it’s a bit of a commitment in terms of time and money…but in my case, I’ve spent many, many thousands of dollars and countless hours over the last 25-30 years chasing therapies that didn’t have any sort of long-term healing effect, so Waddell Wellness is an absolute bargain by comparison, because today I truly am pain-free, for the first time in my life! I highly, HIGHLY recommend this practice.

Waddell Wellness was able to put my body back into shape and has been able to keep it functioning at a high-level so I can continue my lifestyle as a 70 year old musician who performs (on his feet and moving around) two or more times a week …thank you Scott and Jennifer- I highly recommend them!

I started coming here in Jan of this year after my insurance company stopped paying for PT because they said it wasn’t helping. I have a compressed nerve in my neck and lower spine curvature that are not quite bad enough to require surgery, but cause a significant amount of discomfort if not treated. In 5 months I have seen significant improvement in quality of life, including reduced pain, and have been able to get back into walking daily and doing yoga again. I would definitely recommend them.

Waddell Wellness really helped me with an ankle injury and my overall health. I've had epilepsy for a while and with consistent adjustments with Dr. Scott, my seizures were significantly reduced. I’ve been to other chiropractors and always felt a little skeptical about if it really helps or not. Scott and Jennifer have taken that skepticism away. I came to them in desperation. My neck was in bad bad shape. Through a custom plan and consistency I am back to where I want to be and I owe it to Waddell wellness. Very appreciative of these two and the care they give. Waddell wellness is a great place for chiropractic care. What I like best is the adjustments don’t hurt! My neck is very sensitive and I was apprehensive to have adjustments but they use different techniques to get you adjusted without pain. The office is very nice and the doctors are friendly.
