I love wags, they always take special care of my sweet little guy. He really loves the entire staff and he is always excited to go.

First time boarding with Wag and we'd definitely return! Our small doggo was happy to go in when he's been more hesitant at other facilities. We got a "memory" photo every day emailed/posted on the app and a report card at the end of his stay. He's healthy, happy, and seems to have had a fun time.:)

I had good experiences with this location, but the corporate's service representative is unprofessional and shows bad attitudes.

I tried to book a boarding for the 1st night and a daycare for the following day. Although my dog will be on the daycare for the second day, he is charged for the "Extended Care" for the boarding in addition to the boarding and daycare fees. I called the service team and expressed my confusion for the extra fee since he won't get any boarding related service on the second day.
The service representative just repeat the company's policy without trying to explain what the extra charge is for and hung up on me.

It's so disappointing to see and experience such unprofessional employee. She should better know that her bad behavior represents not only her but the company.

First time using Wags and I will say the staff was amazing and my boy kono was well taken care of. The facility was great and definitely worth it. They were very informative and thorough. I will definitely use their services again in the future and A big thank you for looking after my boy kono.

Puppers had to stay for a week as 2 legged family were out abroad. Puppers learned to become more social and better behaved, yikes! Daily report cards and live feed video of play time showed both Appa and Pua having their best vacay ever! Thank you Wag buddies, for taking care of our babies while we were gone.

My dog has fleas now. Kept me on hold when I called to complain but quick to book a reservation.

My dog loves it here the only downside was there were a few days where the cameras didn’t work and sometimes workers forgot to post updates, but great service all around. Also pricey

UPDATE: I tried calling back twice to speak to the manager, she was not available! She did not return my call. Horrible place to leave your pet.

I don’t normally do reviews, good or bad. However, I had such a horrific experience that I feel it’s important to give honest feedback for the next person looking for a place to board their animal. It started out bad from the start. When I dropped off my puppy I was not allowed to see where he would sleep or any of the play areas. I was told I could call any time I wanted to check on him, and that there was a video I could use to check on him throughout the day.

I tried call a dozen times in the three days he was there and not once did they pick up the phone. The service said to leave a message, then told me the phone machine was full so I couldn’t leave a message. I emailed multiple times with no response back. The video didn’t work the first 24 hours. I called the technical line who told me they hadn’t turned the video on. Once it started working it was sporadic at best. I was out of state, so I could not easily jump back on a plane to pick up my puppy. I stressed out for three days with absolutely no communication from Wags Hotel.

When I picked up my puppy he was traumatized. I was told he did well, but that is not the truth. He lost two pounds, was obsessively chewing his feet and wouldn’t eat or interact with me. I had to take him to the vet who had to give him a shot for his bleeding feet and they put a cone on his head to stop the chewing. It’s been three days and he’s just now starting to come around. I warn you, be very careful about leaving your pet at Wags, and don’t expect someone to answer a phone or an email. You are better off finding someone else to care for your pet.

A beautiful huge space with doggie love bunnies awaiting your every word. Rest well knowing your special fur baby is in good hands. Any thing and everything that is Doggie heaven is there. Grooming, training, causal and formal attire welcomed. Fear not pet parents, your pup or kitty is in good hands. #Carson #WagHotel is what I'm saying.
Update!
I didn't get my new puppy from wag but I'm going to take her there for all the stuff she needs. At least l'lI have some supply from a non vet clinic near by. If you know what I mean. Clean, open 24 hours so pick up your pet in the way home from the Airport or late night work out. Or if you're like me and don't get off until 2am NO PROBLEM! Yayyyy

Absolutely loved this place! When our old place was screwing us around before our trip we went looking for a new place. Thankfully they were closer than others and we went in for a small tour and to be honest I felt very confident and comfortable with them watching my babies after speaking with the employeesand seeing the facility. They were very informative and helpful and helped us out with such a last minute change. I got report cards and pictures the whole time away. I loved knowing my kids were safe and in good hands. This was probably one of the easiest and most comfortable places I felt leaving my boys. Thank you guys for the care and help with this whole boarding.

This was the first time ever we boarded our fur babies, and it was comforting to get daily pictures sent to us, showing us how they were in their play time.

Our pup loves Wag Hotels. We board her here for the Fourth of July and New Years Eve, for many years now! The take care of Molly like she was their own animal. I don’t think I’ve see anyone in a bad mood, ever! Molly like getting treats every day with them. It can be a tad pricy over all, but you only get what you pay for, right?

Great experience for Koda Bear, love that they send pictures at least once a day when he is boarded or at daycare:) he always seems happy to be there and worn out when he comes home!

This place is awesome to board your dog. Management and staff are attentive and know you by name. Great place to also take your dog for all day play with other dogs.

I really appreciate how everyone at wag has communicated so well about how koda has been doing.they've gotten to know him so quickly and i really like that they ask questions and take the time to address any concerns that i've had.thank you so much for being so welcoming to us, we always look forward to coming back <3

We love Wags Hotel in Carson. Our puppy loves it there even more. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. They take good care of our puppy. I highly recommend this location for day care, boarding, and grooming. Thank you everyone for taking such good care of Kogi.

BEST OF THE BEST! I've never seen a place where my dog feels safe, happy and super well taken care of. I can now go on vacation knowing my baby will be absolutely fine. Also Amazing employees always with a huge smile and positive vibes. Simply love Wag hotel.
