He was very professional and answer all my questions
It’s hard to find good doctors now a days, so I’m very grateful I was referred to him
Had a great experience with Dr. Kades but the ladies on the phones and front office are not easy to talk to and very cold
The office staff are awful. They took over a month to schedule me in after jumping through hoops to be seen to only be told that right before my appointment that they don't take my insurance. UNBELIEVABLE! I'm glad I'm going to be referred somewhere else. These people are unprofessional and unsympathetic to the patients situation. This isn't a five star restaurant.it's a rheumatologist who is treating people who really need him. Being seeing by him or her, shouldn't be this hard.
I’ve called multiple times and left several messages asking for a call back. I have not received a call back and the number listed on the website seems to be the only way to speak with someone. Will someone please let me know if there is a different phone number or an email address? Thank you.
