This was my first time here with our precious Jack and when i picked him up he looked so handsome. They did and amazing job and they were super friendly and professional. They are a bit pricey but its worth every penny!

Horrible customer service I don't even want to give one star. I called to ask about pricing & the lady hung up. At first I thought I accidentally hung up so I called back & said "I'm sorry I didn't know what happened" she said & I quote: "Mam, you didn't know what kind of dog you needed service". I replied "Oh I'm sorry I think you're referring to someone else because that was my first time calling" She than said "Nope" with a very aggressive tone. So I responded with "First of all, you didn't ask me anything, all you said was "Hello Wrags to Riches" & that's it, so how could you've known if I knew my dogs breed or not & seconly not everyone knows the breed of their dog, so I don't understand why you've hung up on me? ", than she hung up on me again. VERY RUDE. DEFINITELY NOT GOING THERE. I can't imagine how they treat all their fur babies that go in there. If that's the owner she should be out of business & if she's just an employee she needs to be fired.

This place abuses animals. I have proof but currently can’t post for legal reasons. A teenager was beating and cussing a cute brown baby and didn’t know because of her actions she was being recorded. We are trying to reach the owner. Please be careful where u take your babies. I can’t believe what I seen. This happened Saturday August 20,2022. Be safe. God bless
