I signed on with this firm a year ago and I’m still waiting for my case to be finalized! I am only a number to them and I really don’t think they could care less. Absolutely the worst business experience I have ever had!

If you can handle cruel disrespectful, people this is your place for a bankruptcy. My husband committed suicide. I needed help and kindness. I turned into a mean, angry person when dealing with these people. The job is done, it's over. My chapter 7 is finished. I couldn't be more thankful not having to talk to these people again. Get ready for their response. That should be fun to read.

Very unprofessional! They Don’t listen to what you have to say during consultation. Straight up don’t listen just said “yes we can file bankruptcy get you out of debts” I paid Michael Reid $1875 then he said “it’s not the right time to file because of my situation” claim to his team I’m the one that want to cancel the case when that’s was very untrue! He didn’t listen to me during consultation if he did I won’t be sitting here writing this review! After paying that amount his assistant supposed to reach out to me and guess what? She never call me; I had to call her and she was chewing food? While talking to me! And while I was talking to Michael in the middle of our conversation he stopped me and “sorry unfortunately I have to go now, can you call me tomorrow mid day” Really? Why do I have to call him when he’s working for me? Just my luck I guess…then I reached out about my refund I never said Michael was giving full refund that’s probably misunderstanding between me and billing department (by the way the girl was a sweet heart) but he never return my email when he said he would. I had to reach out to him and never heard back from Michael until billing department told him how upset I was. I totally understand I won’t get full refund I never expect full refund either but he charge me $1,000! I don’t why he’s charging me that amount for I’m guessing because his assistant had to Run my credit report? Telling me he sorry he have to go and tell me to call him next day? Listening his assistant eating and chewing food while gathering my information? Wow I wish I can charge people 1k for being unprofessional.

The service that this law firm provides is unparalleled. Everyone was communicative, helpful, and responsive. Nick Wajda and everyone on his team are incredibly personable and courteous. This law firm puts the service in customer service. I recommend their services to anyone.

Just like everyone else, they took my money and no bankruptcy, no communication, nothing. I started back in March of 2021. I called them because I wanted my money back and all I was told was I could get my filing fees back. I guess we will be having a fight on our hands. They are taking peoples money and taking advantage. I'm done dealing with businesses like this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL KEEP YOU HANGING. They will leave you high and dry.

Took time to go over everything and tell me my best plan of action. I have called several times and been able to get ahold of them or someone to help me rather easy.

Worst customer service. Never called me. Or gave me an update. Only wanted to communicate by email. First year he had an incorrect email for me. So here I was waiting for an update. I was told I was missing documents. How could I know when I never received request. I would never ever recommend him.

Absolutely great law firm and attorney. 5 stars and would give more if I could. Nick and Michael took care of all the debt and financial issues. They also had another partner that was able to clear up the credit report and go after creditors for harassment. I was finally able to get my life back.

I have nothing but praise for Wadja Law Group. Everyone has been extremely patient and helpful with me.
I had a full page to post but I some how deleted it. I guess short and sweet in the end worked better for me.

5 star customer service from the initial person I spoke with, to the attorney, to the end of the call! I will recommend this group to everyone I know that needs help getting rid of their debt. The process was so easy & fast! Definitely recommend.

He said conflicting information then denied saying it he also made my situation worse and then declined to return money run from this attorney

These people really dropped the ball. I paid for their bankruptcy services upfront in November 2020. I was told that it would take 2-3 weeks for them to file the paperwork once they received the information they requested. I promptly completed it and sent it back using overnight mail. A month went by after I first sent them the required info. Called and was told they were missing a document I know for a fact that I had sent. I was meticulous about that, even keeping copies for my records. So I sent it again. Another 6 weeks or so went by and I heard nothing. When I called again, I was told they had become very busy with covid related bankruptcies. I was then told I would have to pay to take the online course again, as well as update and resubmit all my info. At that point I was disgusted and I wasn't interested in doing business with this firm anymore. They had the nerve to contact me in August 2022 and request a bunch of information, and another course completion. Perhaps business was slow. As far as I am concerned, at the very least I should be sent a partial refund, as clearly none of their people were on top of my case at any point. Got a different "assistant" everytime I called. Messages left for the lawyer that initially smooth talked us into using them were never returned.

Understand that these people will take your money, not help you, and disregard you for as long as they can. Will never call you in regards to your account and will forget that you even exist. I do not recommend them for anyone with real things that need work. They are quick to take money for sure, providing mediocre service to say they have done so much work for you when they literally will only talk to you if you attempt to contact them after they completely forget you exist after talking your money.call

They ripped me off. Misinformed me, never reply to emails and horrible customer service. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Waiting months to file bankruptcy while my credit score kept dropping. Lawyer Patrick McNulty will sweet talk you to take your money.

I'm adding this because I'm not allowed to reply to them. Since they replied to my review, I emailed them again and as expected no response. It's all about optics. I'm just asking for a refund for the service I paid and never received. Please go somewhere else don't fall for these thieves.

Paid in full, have filed nothing. Claims I haven’t scheduled when I have. I have emails adding in extra people to help but nothing. Arguementive and unhelpful. Run from them

Incompetent. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The people (paralegal or receptionist) I have talked to in the office are either rude or not very informative at all. There’s actually two many things to mention in this review, so I’ll just mention a few. Because of the incompetency of one of the lawyers (Travis) my case was dismissed. That lawyer failed to communicate with me, in a timely manner about information that was needed to file my case. I requested a different lawyer in the practice. I was given a new lawyer (Lindsay) and we were communicating well through emails. I submitted all the requested information and communication just stopped. I tried to contact the office on several occasions with additional questions, and to make a payment and was told someone would call me back. No one ever called me back and that was over three weeks ago. I recently called and was hung up on while I was talking. Tried to call back and was transferred directly to voicemail. I would’ve already went with a different firm, but
that would mean starting over all again. Again these are on a few things that I have experienced with this firm. To this date I have still not heard back from anyone.

Worse customer service ever! Please save your time and money. Extremely unprofessional. Someone told me to "F" Myself and hung up on me.

Couldn’t be more helpful and clear! I had another attorney before and they just kept tacking on more fees and the advice was inconsistent. The folks over here have been super accommodating and very clear on how to move forward. Tony whom I have been mostly speaking with was incredibly compassionate and helpful as was Nick Wajda the lead attorney and owner of the firm.

Not sure about these people. They do some baitNswitch and I am really uncomfortable with lack of contact. I am involved w them but looking for alternate.
